Neptune Dunes provides over 3,800 square feet of well-appointed living space, ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. All six of the bedrooms include an ensuite bath, so everyone can have their own retreat with plenty of space and privacy.

When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the ground floor dry entry with elevator to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows in the open-concept great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views. Entertain family and friends in the living area, which features a gas fireplace, surround sound speaker system, and a generously sized wet bar with wine cooler. An expansive oceanfront deck serves as an extenion of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen that boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and double oven. It overlooks the great room, so guests can still socialize and enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Luxurious yet practical hardwood flooring flows throughout the top level, including the two bedrooms. The primary suite features a spa-like private bath with marble countertops, custom tiled shower and large jetted tub.

The mid-level includes four additional ensuite bedrooms and a spacious game room, which can serve as a second living room or kid's hang-out area.
