This two-story, three bedroom condo is located in the Croatan Surf Club, a luxury oceanfront complex that offers year-round amenities for the whole family to enjoy. This side unit offers almost 2,000 square feet of living space and easy access to all of the community amenities. Outdoor pool, In-ground hot tub, Splash zone for kids, Oceanfront gazebo, Indoor pool and hot tub, Fitness center, Covered parking, 3 Elevators, and Park grill are all available for guest's use. No matter the season, this condo has a lot to offer.

Right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at milepost 7.5, close to local attractions such as The Wright Brothers Memorial where you can experience the thrill and excitement of the first flight or climb to the top of Jockey's Ridge to witness an incredible OBX sunset. Or, take a day trip to Corolla to see the Wild Horses roaming on the beaches or Roanoke Island to visit the sailing ship replica Elizabeth II. Delight yourself in fine, casual or fast food dining at a wide selection of restaurants. This condo is also close to the movie theatre, putt-putt golf courses, water activities, and shopping!

This was perfect for our family. The easy access to the beach and 2 pools were big hits with the kids. The view of the ocean from the balcony made it a favorite spot to eat and just hang out. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we could want.

Perfect spot and amenities

We LOVED staying here! Having the warm indoor pool and spa was a great option for our chilly days. The house was clean, tons of space and PLENTY of dishes and silverware a room to relax inside and outside on the patios! They didn’t have seasonings, or dishwasher tabs which surprised me, but an easy fix with a food lion 3 min away. We will absolutely be back! Perfect location and perfect stay

The elevators are not dependable, the one closest to our unit was not functioning most of the week, however there are three elevators in the building, so it was not a big deal.

My stay at Good Trouble

Excellent property, very roomy, All furnishings high quality. Very good ocean side view. Great kitchen! Only problem was getting code to room and outdoor pools. Code were not in our welcome package so had to call realtor several times mostly to get code to pool & beach. Once we had codes everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay at "Good Trouble" again!

RUN!!

Place is run down, overpriced, and dirty. Rental agency is unreasonable, they charged us for damage to some blinds that we did not do, and were rude about it!! DONT STAY HERE!!!

Nicole, We were surprised and disappointed to read your review, especially considering the positive entry you left in our guestbook: “Amazing place, felt like a home!” We understand the frustration of incurring an added expense outside your vacation budget for the pet damage. We were equally frustrated to find a set of bedroom blinds damaged beyond repair and needing replacement. Thankfully, we were able to choose a similar but more economical blind replacement and give you a refund for the difference from our original estimate. As pet owners ourselves, we strive to make our home a place that the entire family can enjoy. Feedback from previous guests indicates that we have been successful in this regard. We also want to ensure that future guests, whether pet owners or not, arrive to their vacation home with everything as expected and as depicted in the photos. This is why we inspect the property between each guest's stay and, on rare occasions, ask our guests to repair any damage that occurred during their stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was almost perfect. Had a beautiful view of the ocean- plenty of space and very little clean. My only complaint were the beds- they seemed very worn and very uncomfortable which caused my back to ache a lot. You could literally feel the springs, and the upstairs bed had a huge intention on one side. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the pools and access to the beach!

Good Trouble was no Trouble

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice - large enough for five adults and seven children. It probably could have accommodated more too. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook, also the outside grill came in handy since we love bbq. The washer and dryer also came in handy, we went home with no laundry to do. The elevators were a great help when bringing your luggage in when we got there and out when leaving. Now for the outside - the decks were great fun for sitting and relaxing and viewing the ocean with family, the pool and kiddy splash pool and hot tub were clean and fun. The access to the beach right out the back on the dock was so easy as compared to walking over a sandy dune. This was a great place and I would recommend it to friends and family !
