Hi Renee, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the apartment clean, and I appreciate you pointing out the items you mentioned. We do regularly replace linens, pillows, and decor as part of our maintenance schedule, and we’ll take a look at the pieces you referenced to see what may need refreshing. Normal wear can happen in high-turnover properties, but we always want the space to present well for guests. Regarding the kitchen seating, it’s set up intentionally as a counter-height bar area rather than a traditional dining table, which some guests prefer for the layout of the space, though I understand it may not be everyone’s preference. Check in par says was not great. We got the instructions at 3:45. We were at the location at that time. Husband went down to get the keys out of the lock box in the basement and they weren’t there. Took a while for the property manager to realize that the cleaner was still there. Wait about another 15 minutes for him to come down and get us and take us up to the room then he had to finish cleaning. So it was over an hour from the time we got our instructions until we were actually in our unit.

We are so sorry for the delay. Sometimes our properties are not left in a reasonable condition by previous guests and it take a bit longer to get it ready. However, the cleaner should have communicated that to us so that we could have let you know sooner.

The location was perfect! It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops. The condo was the perfect size for my family of three for a weekend. It had everything we needed to make a few meals at home. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The gym was great and had a lot of equipment. The hosts were very proactive with information and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We picked this place because of the location. . Wouldn’t stay here again, bed was uncomfortable and the nail strip on the carpet was sticking up from the threshold between kitchen and bedroom. The carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that no issues.
