Conveniently positioned in central Torquay, it’s an easy 300m stroll to shops, eateries and Taylor Park, and a further 150m to the front beach. This modern Australian beach style villa has a sensational outdoor entertaining area with ocean glimpses; watch ships pass on the horizon line from sunrise to sunset. Contemporary features, coastal setting, and outdoor entertaining offer relaxed holiday living in a prized location.

The Space:
Your search for a luxurious, centrally located seaside abode is over! Situated in the heart of old Torquay, this 2-storey townhouse is sure to impress. Ocean glimpses connect you to the sea and sky from the upper deck, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to maximise sunny days. Seamless indoor-outdoor flow upstairs from the open plan kitchen, meals and living area makes it the ideal place to host friends and family.

The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, stone benchtops and a coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods provided). Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the quality inclusions you can expect to find. Enjoy meals together at the 6-seater dining table, before retiring to the comfortable lounges to relax and unwind with a good book or watch movies (Smart TV with Netflix connectivity).

Fresh white interiors are complemented by rich oak flooring, high ceilings and outside greenery. These beautiful natural accents amplify the sense of wellbeing and exude easy living. The chic coastal aesthetic continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, where quality décor and furnishings amplify the sanctuary-like atmosphere.

Downstairs, the impressive entrance with glass balustrade staircase and concrete floors leads through to the light-filled rumpus room. Curl up on the lounge suite with split system heating-cooling comfort and a Smart TV (Netflix connectivity). A private west courtyard deck is furnished with an outdoor lounge and offers a great retreat, morning yoga deck or a private place to relax. Two ground floor bedrooms (King and Twin Single beds) offer built-in robes and ceiling fans, both serviced by a large and modern central bathroom (bath/shower/vanity/separate toilet).

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests; all are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. Positioned for privacy, the master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite is upstairs, complete with Smart TV (Netflix connectivity). Two additional bedrooms downstairs. The laundry has a washing machine for your use (no clothes dryer). A 3rd toilet upstairs offers guests a convenient powder room.

Guests have access to the whole property including the double garage. Driveway and on-street parking available. 2 car maximum per stay.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

There are great cafes, bars and restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway – please note you will have access to the double garage.

Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at Puebla Street. House was fabulous, well equipped and immaculately clean. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere including the beach which our chocolate Labrador Lola loved ! Definitely be re booking for another trip.
