On the tip of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, 15 km from Saint Malo, this 180 m² villa, made of stones in the early 1900s, which can accommodate 11 people, offers a beautiful view of the Bay. The living room (35.70 m2) and the dining room (24.06 m2) are separate. It is an ideal place for a family holiday, in a quiet area, in Brittany. The large plot surrounding the villa can be used as a playground for children. The garden is also fenced.
Inside you will find:
- 7 bedrooms, including 4 with 2 single beds, 2 with 1 single bed and one with 1 child's bed.
- 2 bathrooms (bath, sink and toilet) and 1 shower room (shower, toilet, sink) and a separate toilet.
- An equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, oven, fridge, dishwasher).
There is also a TV and a washing machine. The site being on a Breton point, you will need your car to access the various sites which are present within a radius of 50 km.

We loved our stay!

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The house is lovely and the proprietor was very communicative. Our only complaint is with the housecleaner who was dishonest in claiming extra to clean.

Lovely house with massive garden in a great location. Gorgeous hydrangeas!Comfortable beds and plenty of cutlery and crockery, board games and extra pillows etc. The kitchen is a good size (although there isn't a huge amount of space to store shopping - we made it work though). The outdoor furniture is very handy, and it's nice to have direct access from the kitchen. In general, there's plenty of space in the house so you don't feel cramped at all. Bathrooms are modern and showers good.Minor suggestions - it would be useful to have some hanging space in the first floor bedroom that overlooks the front gate, but there is drawer space. Our only other suggestion would be to add another sofa to the living room but it wasn't a problem.The village has everything you need - beaches, pharmacy, mini-supermarket, bakery and bars/restaurants are all walkable. Nice market nearby on a Friday morning. It's a lovely part of the world and we wouldn't hesitate to come back - thank you Geoffroy!

Une vue superbe dès premier etage... Cette maison est complètement adaptée quand on est plusieurs. On peut être tous ensemble comme on peut s'isoler. Bien équipé. Nous venons régulièrement à St Jacut de la mer et c'est un bel endroit que cette propriété. Encore de beaux souvenirs, merci.

Emplacement idéal pour la plage, les randonnées , les visites culturelles. La maison a le charme de l’ancien, il faudrait juste que le couple de pigeon sous les toits trouve un autre nid...pour la tranquillité des chambres du haut. Vue magnifique sur la mer😀

The most beautiful house and garden and area - if you love the Bretagne like we do - that you can imagine. We are very grateful that we could spent one week with our 6 children in this house. It is fully equipped and full of thoughtful details, apart from that spotlessly clean, and most important: full of a lovely atmosphere...we never could relax better than in this place . Nous avons séjourné fin Août dans cette grande maison bourgeoise qui jouit d'une vue très apaisante sur la mer. les pièces à vivre sont spacieuses et lumineuses. La maison est parfaitement équipée, très proche des commerces et des plages. Nous étions 8 et chacun pouvait s'isoler s'il le souhaitait tant l espace est important. Le propriétaire a laissé beaucoup d'objets personnels du coup on a l'impression de poursuivre l'histoire de cette gentilhommière. Je la conseille pour des vacances en famille et j'y reviendrai très certainement. Jean-loup

Een zeer aangename vakantie

We hebben al verschillende malen met ons gezin onze vakantie doorgebracht in Saint-Jacut en komen er altijd graag terug. Ook dit jaar zijn we er voor een week naar toe geweest. Dit jaar voor het eerst in deze woning. Omdat we met zeven waren, waren we op zoek gegaan naar een ruimere woning. We vonden die in de Rue du Moulin, in het centrum van Saint-Jacut. We waren er zeer tevreden over de ruimte en het comfort. Drie badkamers, goede bedden, ruime, goed uitgeruste keuken, zeer ruime tuin, ruime living en eetkamer, prachtig uitzicht, een vriendelijke gastheer... Kortom een plaats om terug te keren.

Nous avons loué cette maison très récemment pour célébrer notre mariage à Saint-Jacut. Le jardin est grand, beau et très bien entretenu ; la maison est une très belle maison de vacances avec une cuisine toute neuve et 2 salles de bain neuves également. C'est une maison parfaite pour que chacun puisse avoir son intimité. Tous les matins et soirs nous étions soufflés par cette vue imprenable sur la baie. Rien à dire sur cette location ! Parfait ! Et très bon dialogue avec les propriétaires. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte : y retourner!

Une maison familiale à recommander!

On a passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle demeure, spacieuse et pleine de charme. C'était un lieu parfait pour passer les fêtes de Noël. On a pu profiter de la magnifique vue du salon. C'est une maison où l'on s'y sent bien avec un bel esprit de famille. Elle est idéalement située (bourg , chemins côtiers, plage à pied). Maintenant, il ne nous reste plus qu'à la découvrir l'été pour profiter du grand jardin!!!
