Beautiful condo walking distance from many of the main attractions. Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Very Good - would rate at 4.75 out of 5. Very comfortable and a good location for transport. Close to bus stops, train station and within walking distance (1.5km) to city. Metro supermarket about 2 minutes walk.
Nice new modern condo for two within walking distance of the Old City
Chose property due to proximity to the Old City. It's a bit of a hike there, with some hills, but doable for able walkers. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with a great view. Secure parking is several blocks away, so not convenient.

Beautiful condo in downtown Quebec City. Very chic, clean, comfortable. Rooftop pool and patio are to die for. Not too far from the old city center. Walkable.
Excellent host. There was an issue with VRBO on the check-in and the host went above and beyond to solve the issue. The unit was modern, clean and well equipped. The warm roof top pool and terrace was very elegant. Made for a nice swim and a place to get some work done with an amazing vista of the city. The unit is a block from a grocery store and great gym, and a short walk to the old port. A great stay!
The apartment was very clean, modern, and functional. It had everything we wanted in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There was no noise from the neighbors. The location was great: 2 blocks from a grocery store with long hours, 2-4 blocks from several coffee shops, 5-10 minutes walk to the train stations.
This stay was unbelievable! The apartment was just how it looks online, very clean cozy. The apartment is located right in the city, easy walk to a grocery store just down the road. It was couple minute drive to the Old City and let me tell you there is more then things to do there! Such an amazing experience and definitely recommend doing.
The apartment was well-equipped and tidy, with minimalist décor. The location was fine. Nothing too thrilling nearby, but close to bus stops and walking distance to Old Québec, if mobility isn’t a concern. The couch was small and not overly comfortable for two people. There was coffee, a few spices, and cooking oil, which was appreciated.

Excellent communication with owner who was responsive to queries / requests.
Clean, very well equipped apartment in modern block. Plenty of washing / dishwashing pods, shampoo, conditioner and soap etc. Rooftop pool / terrace a delightful bonus.
Close to public transport and supermarket.
A great place to use as a base to explore the city and environs.
Only things missing were a dustpan and brush (how trivial is that?) and perhaps may consider a grab rail in the bathroom (can be important for ‘seniors’).
A great stay. Thank you.
Very clean, cute apt with everything you need. Updated and well decorated. Wish there was a pull out bed as a second bed instead of a mattress on the floor. Great to have laundry! Non slip strip recommended in the shower. Close to center of city with an uphill walk or get on the double decker bus tour which goes right by the apt. Pool is much smaller than expected- not full size- just a dipping pool, but view from the top of the building is beautiful. Parking area a little sketchy as many homeless people sleeping there at night. Overall highly recommend this apt and Quebec City is amazing!!

Information is important
Overall a very nice place. The place is comfortable and clean. Flow of information was an issue. Gaining access- Vrbo says to contact owner in an email and the owner said Vrbo should have sent the info. Meanwhile, the posting says parking- one of the main reason I picked this place; however, the owner has no parking. Public parking is behind the building. The parking garage looks very shady- lack of lighting and cleanliness and surrounded by a tribe of homeless. The condo served its purpose as I visited Quebec City for the day which is a six minute drive from the condo.
It's hard to separate the property from the overall experience and magic of being in Quebec City during the holidays. The condo was a 12 minute walk into the Old City so it was great for exercise; with the Metro 2 blocks away, picking up needed groceries was easy. The condo itself was lovely and well stocked, impeccably clean, and very relaxing. I can't say enough about the host----because of construction on the street below, we were unable to find the building and the GPS directions were slightly off because of road changes. I called Justine in a semi panic as we circled the area just after dark on arrival in the City. She was available, helpful, followed up with me, and went above and beyond to assure that we got to our destination quickly. I highly recommend this well maintained property.
Very clean apartment with just the perfect amount of space for my husband and I. The roof top pool was a nice area. We sat up there a few times in the late afternoon. Too cool to swim. The few negatives was the listing said king bed but it was a queen bed and the elevator stopped working when we were checking out with no other option then to lug everything down 9 flights of stairs. Location is walkable but you will have to go up some steep roads to get to old town part of Quebec City. We took an Uber one night after we got some blisters from hiking, and they were easy to get and cost about $10-13 Canadian one way. We had some amazing food during this trip too. Bug bonus is there is a grocery store 2 blocks away. It is downtown so you will see quite a few homeless. We r from a city so it didn’t bother us and had no issues with parking in the garage next door.
