Renters Beware - Don't believe your eyes

Current claim with VRBO. Owner will try to bypass VRBO and text for you to call him. Listing not accurate. Take Pictures like I did of listing at time of booking and pictures when you arrive. Elevator does not work, owner did not fix. 3rd floor. Fireplace locked and was not told that we can not use and it was in the amenities at time of booking. Now removed. Overcharge $150 for last day. Listed as 2 full bath, that would mean the master bedroom which has totally open room with the bed (10 ft) from toilet, sink and tub , no door or curtain. Do your business while your mate experiences it with you. This is why only 1 bedroom is photographed. Then after complaints, I am accused of breaking a wooden duck that was never in the unit and charged me 200CAD which I of course disputed. The beds are like plywood they can not be 200CAD, be prepared. Great Location and common area. Of course this is opinion of Myself, my husband ,my Daughter 35 and Son 30. We always use VRBO and this is our first issue. Owner is the problem not VRBO.

Even if she don’t want to admit many damages to report by Suzanne group as someone smoke inside my condo as it was totally forbidden. So it’s why Suzan ha de post a bad review because she didn’t want to pay the charges.
