Beautiful carriage house on private gated property right on the Shuswap with beautiful sandy beach out front (best spot on the lake). Large private dock for mooring of boat and buoy if required Two luxurious king size beds and a third queen size Murphy bed (can sleep 6). Separate shower and bathroom. Outdoor shower. BBQ with large outdoor dining area. Outdoor cooking space includes a kitchen island stocked with a new double burner electric hotplate and breakfast griddle. Outdoor cooking space stocked with its own pots. and pans and plastic cups and plates. Fully stocked indoor kitchen with new dishwasher, large fridge, full stove and new microwave. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and large digital air fryer. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning unit. Full size washer dryer. Sorry no pets or smoking. References will be required for booking. Long term rentals can be negotiated. We are located right next to the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park which is full of hiking and biking trails. Great place for children. Adams River with amazing salmon runs is not too far. The the town of Scotch Creek has all amenities including, full grocery store, pharmacy and hardware store. Scotch Creek also has a weekly Farmer's Market stocked with local produce and honey etc. Two golf courses within short driving distance, luxurious spa and boat rentals available in area.
Double kayak and paddleboard is available for use at this property. A basketball hoop also available and kids size foozball table for your leisure.

Great location, close to everything and the hot tube was great after cool morning swims! The hosts were awesome the we loved the apartment and all the facilities. Having the paddle board and kayak available was also fun. Lounging on the dock and beach, or just sitting in the yard staring at the water - couldn’t have asked for anything else.
This is such a great location. We found it quiet nice and quiet and the beach and dock were wonderful to spend time on. I loved how there was no road infront of the property which made it so accessible to the beach. We had a boat, and everything was there for us. The owners are so lovely, and the carriage house was a great stay. The kids loved the hot tub at night after a long day on the lake. Great BBQ outside, and the outdoor area is very clean, lovely to sit on and space to relax. Thank you again so much Bob & Ravi for a beautiful stay!
