This is a wonderful working farm stay hosted by Janette, you can get up close with all the animals, watch the amazing sunsets from the porch overlooking the garden, super quiet and full of country charm, close to some great local farmers to source produce, local coffee shops are awesome too. Janette has been a great host & made sure that everything has been included for my 2 month stay, wouldnt stay anywhere else in Deni also would be great for kids too so much to do outdoors...highly recommended
Just perfect, shouldâve brought the dog. Real country free and the decor was amazing for such a tiny place. Full size fridge, ac and tv and wifi.

Nice little cottage on a farm property with rustic design and bric-a-brac. suits a couple. Kitchen, fridge (no freezer), aircon and good pressure shower (always a winner). We were there for Deni Ute muster and it was nice to get away from the crowd and noise although the noise did travel and set off the local dogs sometimes.
Lots of friendly critters visited including peacocks, a variety of well-fed small dogs and a fat cat.
Rustic is how I would describe this property, when we eventually found it - there wasn't enough signage other than a road number. The coffee machine for that all important morning brew wouldn't work until I cleaned the used capsules out of the machine. Even then there were only 3 capsules left for 2 people for 2 breakfasts. On the plus side there was fresh bread, butter and spreads and a carton of milk. The airconditioner worked VERY well, but we found mouse droppings on the bed.
