By reserving this property, not only do you have access to use the FREE 6-seater golf cart, you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Emerald Escape," you are only minutes away from 30A's newest beach access and right down the street from, "Stinky's," a local's favorite restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family is sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! The first-floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with stainless appliances, a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests, and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island! Off of the kitchen is a Large Master Suite, complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a beautiful large walk-in shower. Off the first floor is access to the garage, which in this home does much more than just store your beach chairs! This garage doubles as a perfect family fun hang-out spot, with air hockey, foosball, and a dart board! Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, as well as a laundry room for your use.

The second floor boasts 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a large loft with additional seating, and a large flat-screen tv! The second living area in the home is perfect for when your group wants to be just relaxing at home together for an evening, but still needs some extra space to spread out! On this level, you will find the home's 2nd master suite, complete with a king bed, a private bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor of the home is the king guest suite, the bunk room, and a large hallway bath with double sinks and a bath/shower combo. The bunk room features beautiful built-in bunks, one set of full/full bunks, and one set of twin xl/twin xl so even the teenagers in the group can sleep comfortably!

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
