This charming Florida home, located in the Serenity Community, is situated in beautiful, sunny Dune Allen Beach, and has a rejuvenating coastal ambiance. As you approach the over-sized covered front porch, you will notice it is adorned beautifully with ''Old Chicago'' brick. With 10 foot ceilings & huge 8 foot doors on both the first and second level, this open and airy home, exuding a modern coastal ambience, will offer you and your whole family the peace & tranquility of the ideal coastal getaway.

It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is just minutes from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A!



Beautiful hardwood floors, Granite counter-tops, Shiplap Walls, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 4 guest, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open-plan Living and Dining Room offer plenty of room for entertaining the whole family, with plenty of room on the couch around the large, wall-mounted TV.



The Master Suite is located on the first floor; sporting a king-sized bed and a private, luxurious bathroom, complete a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor holds three additional guest bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed & full bed, along with a shared Bathroom with a walk-in shower, two guest bedrooms with a queen size beds and a twin-over-full bunk alcove.

Beach Access: My Happy Place in Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A enjoys access to several nearby (peaceful and secluded) Beach Access points.  The closest, the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is located roughly 0.4 miles from the home, witth restrooms, plenty of parking, and a lifeguard station.



This home is also a short 0.7 miles from the West Allen Loop Public Beach Access. It comes complete with a shower, plenty of bike parking and a few spaces for carts, but no parking for cars.



Pool Access: The community of Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A features a community pool with bathrooms! The pool is just a short (about 2 minute) stroll south.

Other Things to Note:

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in My Happy Place on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in My Happy Place. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.



You MUST be 21 years or older WITH a valid Driver’s License to operate the cart!

Please observe all posted speed limits and observe all traffic laws.

Golf Cart cannot be driven on Nature Trails, Boardwalks or sidewalks.
