This tranquil three-bedroom home features spacious outdoor living within an idyllic garden near the beach and amenities.

Backing onto a nature reserve, the property has a secure backyard with an outdoor patio perfect for enjoying an afternoon BBQ while the kids are playing on the lawn.

The west facing front veranda is the perfect place to enjoy the evening sun after a busy day at the beautiful beach. It only takes a convenient 400 m walk to reach the local café, take-aways, the grocery store, or park.

The house offers a very well-equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living area with TV and DVD, three bedrooms each equipped with electric heaters, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a laundry as well as inside and outdoor dining areas.

Surf Beach Retreat has all the necessities for a memorable family holiday at the beautiful South Coast.
