Private pet-friendly garden paradise, a 3 minute walk to Wimbie Beach

This beautifully maintained private home has two large living areas, each containing Smart TVs (65" and 55"), as well as air-conditioning. The main living area has ample seating for everyone in the family and the dining table comfortably seats 10. This home caters for large family get togethers over the holidays. The kitchen has everything you need including a pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop.

The home has four bedrooms all with queen size beds. Three bedrooms have a ceiling fan installed, ready for the warm days and nights. The main bathroom, ensuite and laundry have been newly renovated.

Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area, with private seating for 8. This area is directly accessible via a sliding doors from the living area and the master bedroom. The local birds love to visit.

The home has a secure garage and a large parking area that caters for several cars, as well as a boat.

The home has easy access to dog friendly Wimbie Beach and it's a 3 minute stroll via a nature corridor. The patrolled Surf Beach and unpatrolled Denham's beach are 10 minutes walk. The local shops at Surf Beach offer a supermarket, take-away food options, hair salon, bottle shop and chemist.

Quality linen is included in the price. We also have several boogie boards and some beach toys available.

WIFI is included - please note that WIFI performance at Batemans Bay over the Christmas period can be sketchy.

** Parties are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbours and are quiet between 10pm and 8am.

** Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable for any damage.

Honestly a hidden gem. We stayed to base ourselves for Mogo trails. We also walked 300m or so over to the beach and the kids and dogs had a great time running around in the creek and beach. We would definitely come back

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this immaculate property. Generously and thoughtfully presented, great location. Kids could safely walk to the beach, dog was very happy, easily the best holiday for ages. Could not fault the hosts or the house.

Beautiful tranquil home and gardens with everything that you need for a wonderful holiday supplied. Only problem so lovely you don’t want to leave to visit any of the local attractions. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and conveniently located

Beautiful spacious and clean property, fully fenced and secure. Loved waking up and taking our dog for a walk to the dog beach and local coffee shop at Surf Beach. Great communication with owners. Short drive to Batemans bay. Overall, loved our summer stay here :)

Immaculate, well furnished, everything you could wish for included. Makes for a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable getaway. Well located with a lovely short walk through the beach. Gardens are an added bonus. Big thanks to the owners for sharing this delightful holiday house!

Best on the Bay

Absolutely outstanding! Location, house amenities, comfort! Has everything you can think of needing and more! The whole family loved our week at this property and did not want to leave. So many walking trails at your footstep, beach 2mins down the nature reserve, and coffee, pizza, fish and chips, and iga only 8min walk away. Thank you for an amazing house to holiday at.

A Gem

We rented this property before and were so impressed we rented it again. Although there was my husband and I and our little dog Jimmy the home is very spacious and accommodating for large families. We enjoyed the beautifully garden that wraps around the home experiencing nature at its finest and a short stroll to Wimbie beach. The home has all the amenities needed for our stay. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful place and look forward to returning. Thank you Fran for being a wonderful host.

Hidden Gem

My husband and I have rented holiday homes for many years and this home is being added to our favourites list. The home nestled in beautiful landscaped gardens with an abundance of wildlife at your doorstep in walking distance to the little cove at Wimbee beach. So so peaceful didn’t want to leave. A little piece of paradise

We had an amazing long weekend at Wimbie Beach. The house is spotless, spacious, has everything you may need in a family holiday, and is in a great location! The owner was very accommodating and great in communicating. Thank you, Fran! I hope to return to it one day. I highly recommend it!

A relaxing home away from home :)

We had a fantastic stay! This property is in a perfect location, it's super close to the beach and shops, but is peaceful and tranquil at the house. Travelling with teens and little ones can be tricky but the house is set out so that everyone had their own space, 2 living rooms was a blessing. Francine has thought of everything, whatever you could possibly need while on holiday is already in a drawer. Francine was an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this property!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The first time was just with my family, and this time, with friends. The house is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this amazing property for a family get away- the home is immaculately clean, well-appointed and well-equipped. It definitely feels like a home away from home rather than the average ‘holiday rental’. For garden lovers- a really treasure trove of beautiful plants. For those travelling with a much loved pet- the property is fully fenced and safe with easy access to the green space behind the block. A very easy walk to the lovely and quiet Wimbie Beach tops it off! We will definitely be back

This has been a family home for the last 15 years and is now our coastal getaway. Our home is fully equipped with the essentials that we enjoy regularly and hope make your holiday wonderful. Two living areas mean the TV can be on in one room and family can sit around and chat in the other.

We love our garden and hope you enjoy sometime sitting outside, enjoying a glass of wine or beer, and take in the flora and fauna.
