The 3-story Townhome has just been refreshed and is an ideal place to stay on Crested Butte Mountain. Enjoy unparalleled views, 2 private decks, a shared hot tub, and a private garage. Located directly on the public bus route, this home offers a 2-minute ride to the lifts or a 10-minute ride to the Elk Avenue shops and restaurants. Just minutes from your front door, enjoy all of the first-rate adventures Crested Butte has to offer - from world-class alpine and nordic skiing in the winter, to unparalleled wildflower hikes, fly fishing, lift-served mountain biking, and arts festivals in the summer. This townhome offers modern mountain home comfort in the Elk Mountains and the location will not disappoint!

This mountain townhome sleeps 4 comfortably, with the garage on the ground floor, the main living area and kitchen on the second floor, and the master and guest bedroom on the third floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private deck complimented with seating for 2, and a private ensuite bathroom. The spacious guest bedroom provides plenty of room for friends or children to spread out and sleep comfortably in the provided two twin beds.

The main living area is beautifully furnished with amazing, unobstructed views from the balcony. You could even sip coffee on the couch and dream about your adventures while looking at Crested Butte Mountain. The kitchen has been refreshed and stocked with almost everything you’ll want to cook and entertain. There are plenty of areas to enjoy the libations, two at the breakfast bar and 4+ at the dining table. And movie night on the chaise couch is a must!

Parking for two vehicles is allotted with one vehicle in the garage and the second vehicle in front of the townhouse. The garage is extended in length and allows for one standard-size vehicle (max height = 6.5 ft/no toppers).

Lovely mountain weekend getaway

This place is perfect for 4 people- we went with our two kids and had a wonderful time skiing and exploring. The bus system runs just outside the door of the place and make it so easy to get around. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

The property was great and in a fantastic location accessible to the local bus for transportation! Everything was clean and well cared for. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but fair for these kinds of properties. We would stay here again for sure.

Checkin could be streamlined to avoid the need to stop at another building first. Door code could be provided via email rather than on paper. Good stay overall. Nice location. Would stay again.

Condo was very cute and comfortable. The view was beautiful and it just steps to the shuttle. Bathrooms and kitchen could be updated, but they were clean and that is what matters.

Loved not having to do a bunch of housekeeping before we left. Shuttle bus was literally right out front. Recommend this place!

Cozy townhome with great views

This was the perfect set up for an adventure trip. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. The appliances and counter tops are a bit dated, but everything is in excellent condition and the furniture appears new. Great morning light with two decks to enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Crested Butte. The garage is a huge plus not only for the parking, but for gear storage (bikes, skis, etc...). While only my husband and I stayed there, it was a good set up if a two couples or a family would like to come - the second bedroom is a bit down the hall from the master with it's own bathroom, so plenty of privacy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We booked this property last minute (1-2 days before arriving). The booking process, check-in and basically everything went smooth. Condo was clean, basics were provided (coffee, spices, trash bags, etc.), everything was as pictured. The only changes I would’ve liked to see added to the property are non-sheer curtains in the living area, blinds or curtains for the small window in the living area, and maybe a small TV in the bedroom (given the layout I understand that it would probably only support a small one). The TV is more of a personal preference but I feel like the curtains should be a priority, it’s very easy to see into this condo as well as neighboring ones. Would definitely stay here again all things considered.

Serene Crested Butte Condo!

Everything in the condo is in fantastic condition and the decor is comfy, warm and inviting. The furniture (including all 3 beds) is new and so comfortable for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring this stunning area of CO. The only drawbacks we had during our stay were that the fireplace did not work (maintenance also couldn't figure it out) and we had to visit the office for a key to the hot tub lock.

The fireplace has a timer located on the right hand side of the wall. It only needs to be turned to the right and the fireplace will kick on for 60-minute durations. The hot tub is locate d int eh center of the complex and does require a key for entry so as to keep it private for guests of the property. There is an additional key on the key rings provided at check-in for your free use and access. Thank you again for your comments and we would love to host you all again!

Convenient to ski shuttle

Overall, the unit was just ok. The unit was super convenient, with the ski shuttle literally steps away. That made it very easy for everyone to come and go to the mountain whenever. The check in process was a bit of a mess. Our documents were not left in the after hours box; however, after a bit of a wait, a very friendly maintenance staff member helped to get us in to the unit, even showing us the way to it. The kitchen and bathrooms were mediocre and could use an update. Heaters worked well and the beds were ok too. I would suggest that something be said to the neighbors; whom we assumed must live there. He (and his guest) were quite loud. The hot tub was brand new and a great addition to the complex. Would we stay there again? Maybe...simply for the convenience of the shuttle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 stars for the townhouse, has everything we needed and was as pictured! I really think the property management company needs to rethink the check in process. You can’t check in until 4 (that’s normal) but they close at 5pm leaving only an hour to get there before after hours check in. The after hours check in for me was a hassle and a mess, the lock box wouldn’t work, the instructions were extremely poor and missing key information about the townhouse and how to get in. It was stressful after a long days drive and there is absolutely no reason they couldn’t email me the document I had to go pick up at the office in the lock box. Really, annoying!!!!

We could either leave bikes on rack and park or remove rack and put bikes in front of SUV. Beds were comfy, decent kitchen ware. Views amazing!Things to make it Great: Better initial instructions. We saw 2 key pads by garage and had no idea to go through a glass door by garage door to go up to condo front door. Maybe mention QR code to scan for useful info. Upon entering we were surprised how hot the fire place is and were not comfortable putting anything on the hearth. The refrigerator had been turned down to 3 and spoiled some of our food. There are zero usable sharp knives. Another shelf in the bathroom would be nice to be able to put a shaving kit etc., hand towel racks, we adjusted to main level toilet to stop it running non stop. All just simple things to make it Great! I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Spring break 2024 Ski Trip

Staying here is worth it! The views of Mount Crested Butte were amazing from our balconies. It’s a 3 story townhome without an elevator so not really handicap/elderly accessible. The fireplace made the condo warm and cozy, and the fully stocked kitchen has a crockpot, toaster, smooth cooktop with convection oven, pots and pans and full fridge with ice maker in the freezer. The beds were comfy and so was the living room. The couch is not a pull out bed. The bottom floor is the laundry and garage where we stored our ski and snowboard equipment. Fit my family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) great. The ski lift shuttle bus stop is right in front of our parked car and it was on time every time. That was a huge convenience so we didn’t have to drive and pay to park in ski lots. There’s a pharmacy and grocery store down the hill in Crested Butte we went to for everything. Gave 4 stars because when we first checked in it was 3:15pm and the unit was not cleaned yet, beds unmade, crumbs on floors, and bathrooms not cleaned, but door code worked to let us in. So messaged them on the app, and it wasn’t ready for us until after 4pm. I guess they cleaned it super fast. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the phenomenal views, convenient location, and price was worth it for 5 days being the busiest season of the year! Thanks Crested Butte, until next time! God Bless!
