Check in was easy. Beautiful views. Had a doe and a fawn visit briefly every day. The kitchen was very well stocked and big. The beds were comfy. Downside is the fireplace (gas) didn't work, and the outside furniture and patio area was very dirty.

This was the best stay we have ever had. The communication was top notch. Everyone felt like we won the lottery with this stay. It was a million dollar house and it felt like it. The view was outstanding. You can watch the bay from all parts on the home in the front. In the back it feels like a lush forest. It was so quiet and peaceful. A pure dream. We literally were planning the next trip during this one!!!! You wonā€™t be disappointed staying here. Town was literally down the road but you donā€™t feel like you are even close to anyone while at the home.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. It was a perfect setting for us to enjoy some girl time and celebrate a 60th birthday. Location was close to many fun activities such as the Casino, Shore Acres, and the beach.

The house was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes and towels. The view from the panoramic windows of the bay were absolutely stunning! We didnā€™t do much other than sleep at the house but it was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves on the area

Beautiful view with perfect sunsets all three nights. We enjoyed the picture window view of the bay when it got a bit chilly to be outside. Checkin was easy and check out instructions were also simple. Kitchen, linens and paper goods were well stocked! Weā€™ll be back

What a view

Beautiful home, love, the view, fireplace and kitchen. We were the only people on the property but there are 2 other properties on the premises, so Iā€™m not sure how it would be if they were all occupied. I definitely would stay there again!!

Home was amazing. Views were great. For only being a 2 bed it was very spacious!! Only complaints, wish access to water was easier and the tv was frustrating to figure out the cable and which remote went to what. But would definitely stay again. Also wish there was a small amount of toddler toys to keep little ones entertained!

Quiet neighborhood. House was older but very clean and as described. Was notified upon arrival dishwasher was broken. Driveway a little narrow for bigger vehicles. Didnt see in description prior to booking that the property has additional rentals right next to house. Would have probably chnaged my mind in booking had i known that. Was odd to have other people walking property while we had it booked.

Nice house on Coos Bay

Very well appointed house on the inside. The outside isn't much to look at; nothing bad, mind you, but not that impressive. The inside is gorgeous, with everything you need. My only downside is that this unit is part of a three unit complex and parking can be crowded.

Quiet location in Coos Bay

Property as described - very clean - very good communication with property manager - would have been a 5 star rating except for a few odd things: water heater was leaking slightly, two of the heaters weren't working quite right and the instructions should have been clearer.

Fantastic family getaway

We stayed for 3 nights in November, and loved it so much that we returned for another 3-night stay in February. The house is lovely, with beautiful views of the water. Beds are very comfortable (new mattresses), kitchen is well stocked, and the property is very clean. The internet/wifi is great, and my husband was able to work in the back bedroom, which is nice and quiet. The house has a ton of natural light, and is nestled into trees and lush greenery; it is beautiful on a sunny day, and it's cosy and rain-foresty on a rainy day. The check-in was easy, and the check-out to-do list was very straightforward. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay in Coos Bay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this rental for the second time. The first time was in 2022, and we chose to come back here because we liked it so much. We love the views of the bay, and the sunsets each evening. The process of renting the house is simple. We feel the house has anything you need for an enjoyable stay and for cooking every meal at the house for the week. We loved seeing wildlife around the house from time to time (deer/birds). The house is very comfortable, and allowed us a wonderful respite while we were away. The biggest thing I feel you need to know about this rental, is that there are multiple rental units on the same property. These other two units don't include access to the manors backyard, but there isn't anything communicating this physically outside and both times we have stayed at the house we have had people come into the backyard. It might have been as simple as someone wanting to view the sunset that were renting the other units, to random people walking through. It's a little disconcerting when the back of the house is so open with doors and windows, there's a real lack of privacy when this happens.

The perfect vacation!

We loved our stay at this property! I hope we will be able to come back next year and stay here again! It was everything we needed during our stay! The kitchen had what we needed and was well stocked to cook each meal there, and the grill was wonderful to have! The views from the living room were fantastic and we greatly enjoyed everything about our time at the property and the area! Oregon doesn't disappoint for an active couple!
