Balcony access from living room and master bedroom. Unit includes an updated fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, 2 DVD players and 1 VCR. Washer and Dryer in unit. Maximum occupancy: 7. New flooring throughout, New Flat Screen TV's. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 Double Beds DEN/BDRM 3: Double Bed. FREE BEACH LOCKER!

EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
