Welcome to the Retreat Home at Niagara on-the-Lake (License No. 101-2022) Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, 4 mins driving to Queen St. The heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake, Very close to Golf Club, steps away of a tennis court. There are many wineries and a lavender farm close by. This is a renovated house with a new gorgeous kitchen, new appliances, new furniture, new floors, new bathroom. In the main level you will find the porch, living room, kitchen with dedicated workspace, and kitchen's deck to access the relaxing private backyard with hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture, the second level have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the master bedroom with 1 queen bed and it's own bathroom. There is a family room with 3rd full bathroom downstairs and the recreation room with pool table and Air hockey table are in the basement, beside the laundry room.
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay, Excluding the storage room and furnace room located in the basement, guests are allowed to a free Parking and EV charge outlet only in the driveway

Gym:
In partnership with the F45 training facility in Niagara On The Lake, a 50% discount is offered to our guests for daily or weekly passes. F45 is a 45 minute guided and fun training workout. There are morning and evening classes. The facility is located 6 minutes driving from our place. Ask us for the promo code and instructions.

Security Cameras:
There are 4 exterior security cameras: one in the driveway, one ring doorbell in main door, one if backyard door (south) and one in backyard’s door (far away from the hot tub area, around 600 ft. away), they will be on during your stay for everyone safety and security

Parking:
Available free parking in the driveway for up to maximum 4 sedan cars and 1 fee EV charger (outlet only) complementary during your stay.

The home was beautiful! The hot tub was sparkling clean. Loved the amenities…lovely kitchen utensils, super clean bathrooms, plenty of space! Plenty of extra items in the bathrooms and the welcome tray in the kitchen was appreciated. Only negative thing was taking off our shoes at the door and most of us had very dirty socks at the end of the day. Not a huge deal….but unexpected. Would rent this home again in the future.

This home is just perfect for two couples coming up to NOTL to see the adorable town and to visit some great wineries!! The owners thought of everything to make this four day stay the best yet. We’ve stayed at many VRBO in the United States and Europe and this home was the best. Very easy communication with the owners also. The home was spotless.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend away. Plenty of space, nice kitchen with all the amenities. The hot tub in the backard was a really nice addition.The hosts were great and very responsive.We would book again!

Lots of fun for our Girl's Night

We were a group of girlfriends staying one night in Niagara for a Holiday get together. We liked this rental for its large kitchen island and ample seating area in the family room. Also the fact that it was recently renovated was appealing. The rental was clean and the layout was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of sleep options and everyone was comfortable. We did not do any cooking ourselves, however, the kitchen seemed well stocked and was great to put what we used into the dishwasher. The unit was clean and bedding / towels were good. The inside of this rental is much nicer than the outside. Plenty of parking for our four larger vehicles.Great communication with the renter and my inquiries were responded to quickly.This is not a walking distance from the Main St of Niagara unless you have a nice summer day and want to do a longer walk. The location was within walking distance of a few wineries, however, and is overall a decent place to be in. Just not great if you want to be able to run out without a car to grab coffee in the morning or a quick bite.

A Perfect Spot

The property owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They were very timely with communications and the inside of the home has been beautifully arranged for comfort. They also added many small, personal touches that we appreciated greatly. There was a small, local pub within walking distance that had great food and the neighborhood was also great for talking long walks. I’d recommend this property to anyone.

Great stay!

My sisters and our best friends do an annual wine tasting weekend every year, and this was the perfect place to spend our 10th year! The house is in the perfect location and was beautiful. The hot tub was a major hit! Would totally come back again.

Friends trip to NOTL

We loved our stay in this beautiful, clean and very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is nicely stocked. Be aware that the home does have lots of steps.

Outstanding experience!

From booking inquiries to our arrival and the duration of our stay, Andrew and Claudia were amazing hosts. The property is stunning and in an excellent location for quick access into the center of NOTL. Located in a very nice neighborhood, the house is so well-equipped, super comfortable and user-friendly - lovely private back garden, loads of windows bringing sunshine into the house all day, spacious rooms, luxury hotel-style bathroom and bedding. Thank you for making our birthday vineyard biking holiday so very special!
