This new elegant villa was built within a complex of 8 similar buildings surrounding a swimming pool, has also a private pool, offers privacy with its exterior secluded dining area, elegance and comfort and combines traditional mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. Developed in two levels with a separate entrance and a private parking , a total of 120 sq.m.where the ground level hosts the living room, a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom when the rest of bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the lower level. Most amazing stay

This property is the perfect place. The location on the island is perfect - within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bakeries, the market and a great beach. The property has a great pool and is perfect for a large group. We met so many great people who were staying there as well. The property manager is outstanding. Always available and ready to assist in any way possible. Mykonos is a very special place!!

Lovely spot

The place was lovely. Short walk to Oronos beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing bakery close by. Property manager on site and very helpful.

This property photographs very well on Stays website but in reality there are a few issues.Two of the showers are so small you'd have to be a child to fit in them.One of the mattress's on the bed downstairs just needs to be thrown away (would've been more comfortable sleeping on the concrete floor)The biggest issue we had was that there wasn't a washing machine in the villa "as stated on Stays website"This was a big reason I booked this villa in the first place, because we had 6 days in hotels prior to coming Mykonos & I new we'd need to do some washing.Prashad who looks after the villa was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed & even took away some washing for us to help get us by.

A lovely villa just where it is!,!

The villa is clean ,2 of the 4 bathrooms are only big enough for children. In brochure 3 double bedrooms 1 twin ,we had bunk beds not Good enough for 75&54 year old women. The walk to town down the only route was like a rubbish tip feral cats every where,but villa is nice

Amazing

We wanted 3 villas together all from the same family. There was 22 of us today and never had a single issue. Sometimes when pictures are posted they are better than the actual villas but this was the opposite. All 3 villas were beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. They were cleaned daily and we could not have picked a better location. We were able to walk to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops all with in 10 min. The pool(s) were amazing with lovely poolside chairs. I would HIGHLY a recommend any of these villas. Our man contact Kostantinos was so helpful and always responded right away. A wonderful hidden gym, with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa in a great location 😊

We were so happy with our stay for the last 4 nights at this villa. We were a group of 8 ladies and the villa was just beautiful. The private pool was lovely and the communal pool was basically ours the whole time as no one else really used it! Felt like we had it all to ourselves. The villa is beautifully decorated and very homely. 1 bedroom is on the small side and would better suit a sole person but the other three rooms are good doubles and the bathrooms were lovely. Everything was very clean and communication between Stelios & Prassad was good and both were very helpful. Kitchen is very small but we didn’t intend to do any cooking and we had a private chef one night and they managed to cook in it so served the job well. Walking distance to a bakery & supermarket and Ornos Bay is only a 5 min walk with a lovely beach, sunbeds and restaurants. We had a lovely meal in Apaggio, the setting was stunning and the staff very friendly and very helpful and only about a 10 min walk. Also easy enough to get the bus into Mykonos town and only a 10 minute ride away. Highly recommend, great price, fab location and would love to stay again!

Great spot, not many restaurants around but pool and place is great. Only negative thing is the beds are just springs.. feels like your sleeping on a box spring

Great stay and assistance

I and a group of friends were guests 3 days, apartment and condo very well kept and excellent assistance from the owners: they also helped us in renting a car for traveling. There was a person, Souritra, who made sure every day that everything was going well.

Very pleased with the the property.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the home owner who gave us a tour of the place where we were staying. She was so accommodating, she arranged transportation when ever requested . The house keeper was phenomenal. Walking distance to Ornos beach. Close to bus stop that transport you to Mykonos town center. Close to great restaurants. The place was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and am missing it.

First off, this is a wonderful property and a great location. However we were robbed in our sleep

The location is as advertised and is a great unit. However we were robbed as we slept with several hundred Euros stolen, two cameras, two tablets a cellphone and a laptop computer. The robbers even came into our room to empty our wallets and take the cellphone from beside the bed as we slept. It was partly our fault as we did not put these items into the safe provided but not all of these items would have fit in the safe anyways. Stelios indicated that the security cameras showed no sign of intruders and the police said there was no sign of a forced entry so no police report would be created and no compensation was offered by Stelios. This meant that our insurance agency does not cover us and that either the locks in the unit are easy to pick or that someone else has a set of keys. Either way, the security in this location is suspect and I would not recommend staying for that reason.

The apartment was so clean and each bedroom and bathroom were very nicely decorated. Stelios was a wonderful host and we loved the swimming pool and the easy access to grocery store, restaurants, bakery, bus stops, etc. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment. You will not be disappointed

Beautiful property

Stelios and his wife Tzo were absolutely amazing. They helped us organise taxi's and provided great advice about the island. The property is beautiful and very relaxing. The pool area is great. The location is very handy being able to walk to Ornos beach and there is a bus stop near which has routes to Mykonos town and other beaches on the island. Alternatively Tzo and Stelios can help arrange taxi's or car rental.

Beautiful and spacious property

We took family vacation to Greece and Mykonos was our second stop. This property was perfect for 5 of us. My kids were so happy to have their own bed room and bathroom. The house was nice, clean and beautiful just like in the pictures. Kevin, the house keeper, was really helpful and always near by. Great place to wind down. We had peaceful and relaxing time there.

Convient and Relaxing

We loved the openness of the property. The decor left something to be desired, and the cleanliness was not as great as I thought it should be! The sheets in the bedroom upstairs need to be replaced, I ended up sleeping on towels because they seemed filthy. The property manager was very helpful, he did recommend the atv place and dealing with them was a disaster. All in all, it was an ok stay but needs improvements.

Great Property & Service

My family and I stayed at this property for two days. I highly recommend this property if you're planning to visit Mykonos. It was very clean and cozy .The property is located within minutes (walking distance) from Ornos Beach and great restaurants. Mykonos town and Little Venice are not too far from it but you will need to drive. Konstantinos (Stelios' son) was waiting for us at the property when we arrived from Athens. He did all possible to make us comfortable and welcome. He made reservations at a restaurant in Ornos Beach for us to have dinner and arranged all the transportation we needed. We had a great time

Enjoyable & relaxing vacation

7 family members & friends enjoyed a 4 day stay at this beautiful place. This was our last stop before going home, so we spent our time relaxing @ Ornos beach. We did not have the pleasure to meet Stelios but his representative Marika met us @ the port & took care of us. The place is as described, walking distance to grocery, cafés, beach & restaurants. The cleaning staff, Effi & her husband kept the place clean & were very nice. Not sure if this is norm, but we lost electricity a couple of times. It wasn't too inconvenient. The WIFI was on & off which was frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed the beach, going to town, even took a half day trip to Delos. We would recommend this place & hope to return again. Note: taxis are limited so remember to write down the phone number listed on the information card so you don't have to wait for a long time. Cafés & restaurants even on the beach have very good wifi.

Fantastic holiday in wonderful Villa

7 ladies and we have just had an awesome week in this fabulous Villa. Thanks heaps to the hosts Stelios and Georgia who were lovely and so helpful. And their staff were fantastic. Effi and her husband kept the place so clean. Thank you so much. Brilliant having 4 bathrooms. Only downside, matresses a little firm but I'm sure Stelios will sort this.Pool was superb. Such a relaxing atmosphere and Great location. 5 min stroll down to Ornos beach with cafe and restaurants aplenty. Highly recommend Gourmeat restaurant at far left end of beach. SUCH friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Caramelo icecream shop also a MUST - amazing choice of flavours - well worth a daily visit. Would love to return again and highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Villa

A very big thank you to Stellios and his gracious staff for providing such a cozy , clean and welcoming stay for 6 ladies. We had the time of our lives and very memorable moments of laughter at this Villa. Perfectly located near the bakery, grocery stores and beach...just a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for making us feel special during our stay..:) We would all recommend this beautiful Villa to groups or families.. Dream holiday...

Many thanks to Stelios and Georgia for this beautiful & standing rental home. We spent one week with friends and children, we were 7 and the house is very well furnished and functional. Everyone had his bathroom, air conditioning... Swimming pool is next to the house and it was great for kids. The situation is ideal on the island, very near from Ornos beach and next to Mykonos town, a few minutes by car. There are many beautiful and different beaches on the island. We woud come back with pleasure and spent excellent holiday. Thanks to Evi and husband for clean house every day. Marine et Christian Le Val, France

wonderful holiday

I would like to thanks Stelios and her wife Georgia! The property is more than expected; the house is soo beautiful and confortable. Very well furnished and very clean. Ornos is strategic location, close the all the best beaches and 5 min from Mykonos town. I will without any doubts recommend this house. Our holiday was perfect.
