Shabby chic. Great location and architecture. Clean and well furnished. In desperate need of maintenance inside and out.

The property was beautiful. Easy to get to. View of the lake wonderful. Stayed with my family, 7 adults and 3 kids. Loved it. My ony complaint would be the tile floor in kitchen an dining area was not very clean. We had an 8mo old crawling, and after just a short time his hands and knees were very dirty. Other than that wonderful

The inside was bigger and better than the pictures! The kitchen was kind of minimum for bakeware. It was a great location not far from the beach at all! Would love to come back in the summer and use the lake!

Mercer lake Estates

The dishwasher doesn't work right. Found dirty dishes put away. The bottom rack doesn't allow the adjetator to move in circles and spray. The upstairs shower doesn't work. When you pull the lever to start shower you get a drip. No extra trash bags.

良かった点 : ロケーション
It was a great place to stay. The views were amazing. The rooms very nice. The only downside is the stairs to the dock. They are a little challenging to navigate especially for the very young and older members of our family. Being able to dock our boat at the dock was great however. Overall nice place to stay.

The house has a beautiful view, but that is all. We were not allowed to enter at 4, one person was still cleaning, finally at 430 we were in. The house is old, cracked walls, decaying exterior and was left with bugs in sight everywhere, the house was not clean. The towels were stained and old, and a broken coffee maker, I called about everything and the mgmt company was not helpful, not even returning calls. The price paid was very disappointing for what we had to live in for 3 nights. I would skip this property.

Impressive in many ways. The view from the deck is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. We especially loved having a small private dock and beach area with a fire pit. The kitchen is very functional, and the great room provided an ideal space for everyone to gather and spend time together. Overall, we found the house to be clean, comfortable, and inviting. However, the exterior is in dire need of repairs and maintenance. The gutters are filled with vegetation, preventing proper drainage and causing wood rot in areas below. The deck and railings also need repair and maintenance to prevent further deterioration and damage. The last 3 steps of the stairs leading down to the beach area need to be replaced to improve safety and make them easier and more manageable to navigate. Hoping the owner will consider making these much-needed improvements so our family can continue to enjoy this magnificent home.

Great place!

My family and I had a great time here, amazing views plenty of room for everyone. Inside was very clean and had all the things we needed to cook and hangout. The fam loved going down to the water and catching a few trout. Very close to three rivers casino as well. Be careful with this house if you have any mobility issues, there are stairs inside and outside to get to the lake there are a lot of uneven steps.

Perfect house for small family or friend gathering

This was the perfect space for our family to get together. Serene setting on the lake. We used the kayaks, sat and read on the dock, utilized the large kitchen to cook and enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty to do nearby, or just sit on the patio and enjoy the view!
