About 100 yards from the slopes, very close to the hot tub, and a 5 minutes walk to the free bus to downtown Aspen. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for a Ski Getaway!

This condo is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, making it an ideal spot for a small group planning a skiing getaway. It’s also conveniently close to numerous restaurants and shops, all within a short stroll. The price was reasonable, the studio was clean and well-maintained, and the representative was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions, including those about checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely consider returning for another trip!

Spent a few days here with my daughter. The condo was great. An easy/short walk from the slopes with a quick ski-down to the lift. Exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

Nice unit and great location

The place was very clean and comfortable. Some nicely remodeled features. The shower head was too low flow but the bathroom was nice. The king bed was very comfortable. They are thoughtful owners. Just remember it is up many stairs on the top level. Liked the privacy but lugging heavy ski bags was tough.

The tub/shower spigot was loose, shampoo, conditioner and body wash weren’t labeled. Towel bar was falling off the wall. Other than that it was in a good location so the bath shower problems can be overlooked somewhat. Owner needs to fix the shower. Im positive water is leaking behind the wall!

First time to Snowmass

The unit is nicely updated and has everything you need for your stay. I appreciated the k-cup coffee very much and the balloon puzzle that we put together since the weather was not has warm and dry as we hoped for this time of the year. We drove to Aspen for the afternoon, easy drive. You do have to climb three flights of stairs to get to the unit as noted. It was so nice to have Snowmass mall with shops and restaurants less then five minute walk from the unit. Parking is indeed across the street but there is a loading zone right below the unit for easy unloading and reloading your car. Pro tip: if you plan to cook and have leftovers bring some foil, plastic wrap, or baggies. :-)

Great stay, but ...

The property itself was awesome! It was a very short walk to the ski slopes. We had a bit of an issue with the downstairs permanent resident; hence, the four-star rating. He was extremely loud all night long and we had a difficult time sleeping. When we asked him if he could quiet down and close his window (it was 4:00 a.m. at this point), he just swore at us for about an hour. The next day he came upstairs and yelled at my daughter. Other than that, the place was great and the management was excellent in helping us with the neighbor issue.

5 stars for cleanliness, amenities, and comfort.

My husband and I booked this property to stay in while he ran the Aspen Marathon over the weekend and we're so very glad we did. This place is quiet, large, charming, and came equipped with basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen utensils, etc. One of the BEST parts of this condo are the amenities. It came with a pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna that were mere steps away from where we were staying. They were impeccably maintained and set to the perfect temperature. We used the amenities multiple times over the weekend and we had them all to ourselves. I can't imagine it would be like that in the winter time, but Aspen is a big summer destination for me so we were pleasantly surprised! The only suggestions I would give to this owner would be to invest in some type of portable A/C unit. This unit does not come with air conditioning, which normally would be fine, but there was a heat wave over the weekend and it made sleeping very difficult - even with the windows open and the fans on full blast. We were very thankful that fans were provided, but I feel it could really elevate the experience here in the summertime when it gets a little too hot for comfort.Additionally, the bed was large (King Size) but very firm. I can imagine people who enjoy firm beds would love this (which I normally do) but I found it too firm for my husband and I, and it made sleeping a bit difficult. Overall, wonderful stay - we would not hesitate to come back here at any point!

This unit is in a prime location. Walk to the slopes, parking close by, restaurants/shops just down the hill. The studio has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Hot tub area is private & peaceful. If/when we visit again, no reason to look for another property. We will stay here!

Cozy Condo close to the Slopes

My husband and I came up the week before the holiday for a week of skiing with our adult son. This was our first time in the Aspen/Snowmass area, and we will return! Even though the condo is a studio, the loft with a bed gave our son some space and a bit of privacy. The condo was comfortable and cozy just a pictured, and the owners had even added a few merry holiday decorations. The location was great for skiing and for accessing the Snowmass Village and Mall. It is a very short walk to the slopes which made for convenient breaks during full days of skiing. The shops and restaurants are also a short walk. We did not make it to Aspen as everything we wanted and needed were so very close.
