Backyard Spa Oasis featuring a brand new Beachcomber 4 person hot tub, brand new 4 person cedar barrel electric sauna, cold water “earthing” shower and plenty of seating areas! Your own little hot/cold Nordic Spa set up!

This cute &cozy “glamping” cottage is located in beautiful Miller Lake and within walking distance to Lake Huron access. Sleeping 4 people this small space comes with all the comforts needed for an amazing, quiet and cozy holiday! Unwind and decompress from the stresses of busy lives with the sounds of nature and the simpler joys of life at this “unplugged” cottage.

Note: We do charge a cleaning fee but we feel strongly about completing thorough cleaning protocols between each guest. You can rest assured that the cottage has been fully cleaned and sanitized special for your arrival. We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations when it comes to cleanliness. We also will not ask you to clean prior to check out - no check out tasks are assigned however we may graciously request you to place garbage in the curbside wildlife deterrent bin & wash any used dishes should our cleaners not be arriving immediately after your check out….this helps us ensure “critters” wont be attracted to our cozy little cottage.

Note: 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax is included in the rental rate.

Probably the cleanest cottage I have ever rented! It is beautifully decorated and incredibly thoughtfully equipped. The hosts went above and beyond for our dog, providing treats, bowls, and furniture blankets. We absolutely loved spending time in the screened-in porch to enjoy the outdoors bug-free, and the fire pit, hot tub, and sauna made our stay feel like a true spa retreat.

Everything about The Cozy Cottage was perfect! It was so clean and we loved having the spa experience in the backyard. We used the kayaks and the cottage was in a perfect location to get to do many gorgeous hikes.

Fantastic stay! It was perfect my getaway to hike the trials in the area. Just a short drive away it allowed me to discover Tobermory and enjoy dinner in the town. After hiking, nothing was better than returning to the comfort of the cottage and take advantage of the outdoor shower and hot tub.

Quaint and Fun Cottage

We had such a good time here with the kids - going in the sauna, sitting in the hammocks, around the campfire, hot tubbing, and playing the many games that are provided. The wonderful aesthetic and style of the cottage made the stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing.

Our hostess was so generous and the cozy cabin was the sweetest VRBO we have ever stayed in! To find paradise in Canada in winter is a tall order, but this place delivered!!! Gorgeous nature, relaxing hot tub and sauna, comfortable beds and charming decor; we felt no need to leave this magical cottage. I can imagine it is just as wonderful in warmer weather, but for our purposes, this 3 day R&R trip could not have been better!!! Thank you, Kristina & Mike!

Everything was amazing. This is a truly pet friendly location as the host even goes beyond like providing dog bowls and poop bags. The cottage was spotless. Everything looked like it was brand new it was so clean. The backyard Spa was a bi selling point and it did not disappoint! Would love to come back in the warmer months to get the full experience. 10/10 recommend!!

A piece of paradise!

Cozy centralized fun

My wife, son and 2 dogs were super thrilled to come back to the cozy cottage after a day at the beach, or touring around tobormory... Many relaxing accommodations, peace and quiet. We particularly the sauna.. Will have to start shopping for one of those..

Very cozy cottage

This is our second time staying at the cottage, and it was just as good as last time. I was amazed again by the thoughtfulness of the property owners, the attention to detail and the cleanlisness of the cottage. The sauna and the hot tub were very clean and well mentained. Will return again.

Love it!

So cozy and comfortable for a couple getaway. Close to hiking trails. And endless things to do at the cottage! We stayed for two nights and didn’t get to do everything we wanted to! We will definitely stay here again, and will book for a minimum 5 days, so we can properly enjoy all the amenities!

We live and work in the Town of Blue Mountains but our real passion lies on the Beautiful Bruce Peninsula where we spend most of our free time. We are usually close by at our other property - or hiking the beautiful trails nearby - if you need anything. We love to share our space with our guests so they can make wonderful memories exploring the incredible natural environment of the Bruce Peninsula National Park and the Fathom Fives National Marine Park.

We have been renting 5* properties on the Bruce Peninsula and Blue Mountain for just shy of 15 years and that experience has provided us with a keen sense of what guests want and how to exceed their expectations! We love to host and we love to hear all the wonderful stories of memories made at our property!

Centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula - 20 minutes south of Tobermory, Flower Pot Island Tour Boats, Fathom Five National Marine Park & the famous Grotto.
20 minutes north of Lions Head & Black Creek Provincial Park.
1 hour north of the famous white sand beaches of Sauble Beach.

Enjoy the day, day tripping to all the sites and attractions of the area but come home to the solace of the cozy glamping cabin. Surrounded by nature, calling birds and tranquil quiet. Decompress in the screenroom with a good book or wind down beside a star backed crackling campfire!

Please note: we are a rural property! Grocery, gas, restaurants and other amenities are an approximate 20 minute drive - north to Tobermory or south to Lions Head.

We are 1 block from a shared access to quiet, peaceful sheltered bay on Lake Huron. With the current low levels in Lake Huron this access has shallow water swimming great for dogs, kayaking and relaxing to the sounds of the resident loon but we recommend some nearby beaches for the bedt swimming experience! Black Creek Provincial Park, Lions Head and Singing Sands all have gorgeous sand beaches.
