Welcome to Bear Hollow Village 5500, a stunning home ideally located within the picturesque community of Bear Hollow. Close to everything you travel to Park City to enjoy, this home offers three peaceful bedrooms, two spacious living areas, and panoramic forest views. Enjoy a secluded backyard and a private hot tub, far from street views and curious eyes. All this, plus a flawless central location that keeps you close to the slopes, hiking and biking trails, delicious local dining, and shopping.
Open the front door to a welcoming foyer leading into the main level great room. With vaulted, 15-foot ceilings and a completely open design, this grand room offers plenty of space for everyone. Large windows let in beautiful natural light and frame the gorgeous views. Relax in the living area with high-end vinyl flooring, area rugs, and a new 75” wide, high-tech electric fireplace that adds a modern, cozy vibe. Enjoy a Sonos sound system for your entertainment needs.
Adjacent to the living area is the open chef’s kitchen, featuring recently upgraded quartz countertops, natural wood cabinets, and premier appliances. It’s well-stocked with items seldom found in rentals at this price point, including an air fryer, crock pot, salad spinner, Keurig, and many big bowls, platters, and utensils for entertaining. Gather around the expansive dining table with seating for 10, and find extra seating for three at the curved large kitchen island. There’s also a gas grill on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the views while cooking up your favorite dishes.
From this main level, you can access the two-car garage with convenient ski storage and a boot and glove dryer. Upstairs, the serene primary suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, a built-in window seat, and airy, 12-foot-high cathedral ceilings. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub, two separate sinks, and a step-in shower. For additional sleeping, a Queen Air Bed is available with plenty of space for set up.
Head downstairs to the lower level and find the secondary living area with comfy seating, a NEW oversized, comfortable Queen Sofa Bed, and a 56” HDTV. French doors lead outside to a peaceful backyard, where outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub await, offering lovely views. The lower floor also features two more guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two sinks.
The blissful Bear Hollow neighborhood is one of the most convenient and desirable locations in Park City. Located just minutes from the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas, it’s also conveniently directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and only about 5 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, charming Old Town, and Main Street Park City.

We loved the location and convenience of this home to the canyons village. The back yard with a pretty trail and the hot tub were big bonuses. The rental company was very responsive.
