**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

This modern, high-end, newly renovated 3BR/3.5BA home is within a mere block of Town Lift and just across the street from the free bus to Deer Valley. Our favorite coffee shop (Atticus) is literally over the road! The fantastic shops and restaurants of historic Main Street are also within an easy stroll. Coming into town for Sundance Film? We are within minutes walk to all the theater locations Spend fun-filled days exploring old town Park City, then return to your patio to soak in the private hot tub or cook out on the gas grill. Highlights at this designer retreat include three well-appointed suites, a stone fireplace, and two jetted tubs. High ceilings and large windows create an inviting and open vibe in the living area. Curl up with a good book on two window nooks and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A sofa and two armchairs provide ample seating in front of the large TV. Indulge your inner chef in the chic kitchen, outfitted with upscale stainless steel appliances like a gas stove and French-door fridge as well as a Keurig machine. When you're ready to dine, the table seats eight, while the kitchen bar seats an additional three. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, radiant heat, and a convenient mudroom to stow outdoor gear. This vacation home spans four levels and has step-free access at the entryway. The property does have air-conditioning.

This home sleeps eight guests between three suites and a bonus loft. Occupying the entire top floor, the primary suite features a king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Attached to the primary suite, a lofted bonus space offers a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. In the second suite, find a KING bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. The third suite provides two twin bunks over a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination plus a new wide screen TV. A half bath offers added convenience.

Walk just steps to access the Town Lift -- aka the “shortcut” to the upper mountain, or hop on the free bus to be whisked away to Deer Valley. As evening falls, explore the excellent dining, shopping, and nightlife along Main Street. Park City Mountain Resort is 0.5 miles away. Main Street is only 600 feet away as is the town Lift! You're a 45-minute drive from Sundance Mountain Resort -- home to idyllic mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing and snowboarding, and more.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway and one small car in the garage (measuring 7.9' wide, 7.2' high, 16' deep). Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
