This 4,400 square foot home is located on the Park City Golf Course and is the perfect place for gathering family and friends. The home is spread over 5 levels, which accommodates large gatherings, and provides smaller private areas as well. The home is less than 3 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort and approximately 5 minutes from Deer Valley and The Canyons.

The home features gorgeous contemporary bathrooms and kitchen; and is furnished with fabulous antique and modern items from around the world. Guests are entertained with high-tech features including 46' 1080p high-definition flat screen TVs in bedrooms, a 52' 1080p high-definition flat screen TV in the family room, and a 1080p high-definition movie theater that features a viewing area measuring over 12 feet diagonally and a 7.1 Surround Sound system. Free broadband/wireless internet is also included.

Guests are also pampered with luxurious amenities including: premium 8-person outdoor hot tub, large indoor roman-style jetted tub, steam room with hydro jets, dry sauna, exquisite bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Top floor--two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The fourth floor has a queen-sized futon bed in the den that converts from a couch. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed. The other bedroom is designed to be more 'kid friendly' with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps six in twin-over-full beds), bright colors, large stuffed animals and glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling. The home also has several queen-sized inflatable beds and several high-quality sleeping pad mattresses.

Guests enjoy easy walking distance to fine dining, as well as grocery/other shopping. A shuttle stop is located only 1 block away, which provides free transportation to the ski resorts and Historic Main Street/downtown Park City.

Trip review

Great location for skiing in Deer Valley. Our host, Tom Stringham, was very helpful and always responded quickly. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a pantry that had a variety of spices as well as syrup and olive oil.

42nd Annual Big Air Ski Trip with 10 Adults

Great house with wonderful amenities in a nice neighborhood close to the Silver Star lift. Hot tub, sauna, steam shower, great kitchen and and plenty of space for 10 of us.

Perfect House for Multiple Families

This is the second time staying here and both have been exceptional. It's a great layout for multiple families and walking distance to the ski lift. Grocery store is a short drive away. We'll likely be coming back again.

10 minute walk to silver star lift

Big house. Lots of living space across 4 floors. Great location on golf course and 10 minute walk to closest PC lift. Also on the free bus line. Would recommend for both families and for friends. If with friends, there are three adult bedrooms and 1 kids one, plus a bunch of couch space. Thanks to Tom for being a great host.

Great home, well equipped. 10/10 would stay again

The home was perfect for a large group for a ski trip. Easy access to mountain via 8- 10 minute walk to sliverstar lift. Hot tub, sauna and steam showere were amazing for apres ski. Well equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and a large selection of seasonings and fixings. Garage large enough to fit a car and all our gear to keep them out of the elements. Communication was amazing and easy going. Would easily come back to stay here next season!

Park City Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The location is honestly PERFECT! The bus to PCM was just a few steps away. And if you wanted to drive there itā€™s literally just through the neighborhood. Downtown was close enough to walk in nice weather. We had 10 people sleeping there and several others over for a gathering and everyone had space. The futon isnā€™t really great for sleeping but the couches worked for this just fine. The hot tub was a big hit after days on the slopes!

Great Location. Loaded with amenities and extras

Walk to the lifts. All the amenities and niceties you could wish for and then some. Mattresses and bedding were adequate but this property could really stand out with high end bedding/mattresses. Speaking standing out. Kitchen was awesome and well appointed with anything you could want. We cooked almost all the meals there and anytime we needed some kitchenware or appliance it was right there. Anytime we needed a spice or oil or ingredients, it was stocked in the pantry. Loved that.

Family ski trip

The house has a lot to offer for a large family. It has a lot of space, the kitchen and dining area can accommodate more than 10 people and ha been updated nicely. The only downside is the heating situation. The lower 2 bedrooms and the game room area does not get heat. The only way to heat those lower levels is by space heaters and that didnā€™t get very warm. Tom was great and very accommodating.

Extended family ski Christmas 2023

3 siblings families got together ages from 19 - 69. Plenty of room for everyone. A great newly remodeled Central gathering area, kitchen, dining and living room, room for everyone to be included. Nice basement theater room with killer sound system, foosball and air hockey. There was a 3rd living area with a fireplace and a Xmas tree set up, a nice quiet get away area and Santa did find our stockings. Last but not least there is a nice porch with a grill that worked great in the winter but more importantly was the built in hot tub. 6 of us soaking in 104 water surrounded by pine trees and snow after a day of skiing, a person couldnā€™t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property!

We had an awesome time at this amazing house in Park City. The owner of the house was fantastic with communication, which made things so easy at every stage of the process. The house is located a short walk from one of the bus stops, which we used to take us to the base of the mountain as well as into town for dinner and shopping. It is also very close to the Silver Star lift, if you wanted to just walk to a lift and start your day. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any rental house/condo we have ever stayed at! We enjoyed the movie room, the hot tub, sauna, air hockey, foosball and other amenities the home had to offer. I wish every property and owner was as nice as this. Highly recommend!

Amazing home with all you need!

Probably one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. This home had everything our group of 6 needed. Plenty of space - everybody got a bed and there were multiple spacious bathrooms. The host provided so many towels and blankets (many rentals skimp on this). The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you may need and there is a washer/dryer to use. The hot water pressure in the showers was great after a long day outside. Our favorite elements were the hot tub, dry sauna, and movie theater screen. Tom, the host, was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He walked me through some uniqueness's of the home at check-in to make sure I was comfortable operating everything (hot tub, woodfired stove, oven, sauna, etc). I really appreciated that. Also, the driveway and deck were shoveled multiple times during our stay which was great as we got a lot of snow. Great location and walking distance to some of the lifts. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again!!

Great place for friends weekend

We stayed here with a large group -- 8 guys -- for several days of skiing. This house had everything we could possibly need. It slept all of us comfortably with a lot of private space, many bathrooms and showers, plus there was plenty of room for us to hang out and socialize. (Nobody had to sleep in the open living room area). There is a very large kitchen (we cooked and ate in for most meals), dining room table, living room with more than enough seating -- plus a media/game room with like a 15' HD-TV projection (seriously), foosball table, plus a deck with BBQ and hot tub (which we used daily). The house also looks out onto an open field with the mountains in the distance. This house has a lot of unusual and interesting character. It was clean with so many amenities. The location is also excellent -- just a few minutes walk to the shuttle and then a 10-minute ride to central Park City ski area. Also, the host was super responsive. For a large group weekend or for multiple families you really can't beat it.

My family of 4 and another family of 5 stayed here. It is really close to downtown, Park City Ski, and Deer Valley. Very quiet and safe. Host was prompt in checking us in and was helpful on details.

Short Walk to Silver Star Lift

The house has lots of room and updated kitchen and bathrooms with both steam room and dry sauna. The kitchen was well stocked compared to most houses weā€™ve rented. The location was good in that we could easily walk to a chair lift that never has lines so we could get skiing quickly. For going out in Park City, there are a few close bus stops - you just need to figure out the schedule. Google maps and the live bus location apps were key.

Perfect House for Multiple Families

This house is in a perfect location for spending your days skiing on the mountain. It's a short 10-minute walk to Silver Star lift that gives you quick access to PCMR or the gondola heading over to Canyons. The free shuttle service is only a 2-3 minute walk which will take you to the base of PCMR or to downtown Park City. The house has plenty of space for a group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-15) and between the bedroom layout and downstairs game room, everyone enjoyed their stay, was able to sleep comfortably, and not feel like we were cramped in any way. The kids all loved the bunk room and downstairs game room the most. The kitchen was great since it's extremely well stocked. Plenty of utensils, cups, dishes, pans, etc. We had parking for 2 cars easily with one in the garage and one parked in the driveway. We'd definitely come stay here again for our next trip!

Perfect Park City Getaway, Walking Distance to Lift

My group of 7 had an amazing time at this property! There was one early issue that I contacted Tom about, but he quickly remedied the problem. We went Super Bowl weekend, and the Park City parking lot was full! But we quickly realized that we could walk to the Silver Star lift in under 10 minutes (we carried our boots and dropped our sneakers off at Silver Star Ski and Sport for only $5 storage fee). The hot tub and sauna were great after a long day of skiing, as were the body jets in the master shower. One thing to note is that the massive projector screen in the basement doesnā€™t have good enough visibility unless all the indoor lights are off, so we ended up watching the Super Bowl upstairs in the main living area. Overall we had a great trip and will keep this property in mind for future PC vacations!
