New washer & dryer in unit as of July 2023!

Kitchen includes beautiful black granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances. Unit is fully equipped with a king size bed in the master, second bedroom with one twin and one full size bed and the living room with a sleeper sofa. From the master you will wakeup and experience oceans views from both windows. The balcony is ready to take on early risers who would like to enjoy a breath taking sunrise each morning, or someone who wants to relax in the mid-day sun and enjoy the salty air. Sands Beach Club has many amenities offered by the resort which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a restaurant lounge and an indoor/outdoor pool. This unit is located in the very popular Shore Drive area. It is in a convenient location to shopping, including the Tanger Outlets,Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and the Myrtle Beach Grand Mall. The famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar on the ocean is almost next door, and you're not far from family entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre and the Carolina Opry which remain must go to destinations. You can also enjoy an endless choice in dining experiences just minutes away.

Great place with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was exactly as listed. The balcony was amazing and we spent hours out there watching the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach space with backyard fishing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is definitely different than any other location that we have booked over the years. The location is located right next to a river where people can go fishing. Since there is a small river connecting with the ocean, the beach space is quite spacious with so much room to set up your things and enjoy! Mine & my husband’s best features was the private balcony and the windows along the entire wall facing the beach in the master room. The two bathrooms was also a plus! The rooms could use some cleaning or painting, & maybe even a remodel, but over all we enjoyed this location! Thank you for having us!

Great location for family

Overall this was a great stay! The location is perfect and the amenities were great for our boys- ages 8-13. The condo is a little dated and could be a bit cleaner but overall it was perfect and we would stay here again for sure. The owners were very nice and super responsive.

Nice relaxing stay

We love this complex and stay every year. This until was well appointed. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer and Kurig. Would stay in this unit again.

Great time at the beach!

We had a great time at Sand's Beach Club! Our condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We love the location- the last in a line of condos. The beach was not crowded and family friendly. Thanks a bunch!

Family of Four

Condo was clean, amazing views, and big enough for our family of four (kids are 19 and 17). The ONLY downside was the sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close. That's not a big issue for us and our stay was great. Restaurants and stores were a short drive, and the beach is right there when you get off the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for what you pay. Balcony door broken

Everything was great except the balcony door was super hard to open and shut. As a male in my 30’s, it took rea effort to open and shut. We just dealt with it and reported it on the final day before we left. Never heard back. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful scenery, pretty nice room.

We liked the room. It was a little confusing as there several buildings to choose from. The room was lovely, but dirty. The floor had'nt been mopped in a while, HUGE black cobwebs on the ceiling light over the table, walls scuffed up. No info on how to use the TV. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the ocean side was beautiful. We will go back.

Good Overall for the Price

It was okay. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. Only complaints were that the couches are very old. There were a few supplies missing. We only had the toilet paper that was left on the rolls. No paper towels or dish soap of any kind. Thankfully we brought those with us and just had to purchase hand soap. The views were gorgeous, and we loved the easy access to the beach. We liked the location as it was tucked away from the busy streets. We had a great week!

The unit does NOT have washer or dryer despite how the listing reads. There were no clean sheets for the pullout bed nor pillows. There were NO extra towels. We had 6 people and 6 towels, we had to call and ask for towels twice. There is mold growing on the balcony ceiling.

Poor property description and overall cleanliness

Beware...this beach unit does not have a washer and drier even though they checkout directions tell you to place the dirty linens in front of the washer. There are washer/drier units available in the building but they are nasty and require $4 in quarters. There were NO extra towels or pillows. So much for using the pullout couch. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property was unsatisfactory. Hair in the master shower, cabinets delaminating, and in need of a deep cleaning. Read every detail of the listing and ask questions prior to renting. The only reason we rated it two stars is due to the location and proximity to the beach.

Our condo

I absolutely loved the beach view. It was very relaxing and just what i needed. The condo could use some updating but on the plus side the bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom. The main downfall is i have a fobia with bugs and there was an issue with cockroaches aka as they said palmetto bugs around the perimeter of the facility. One actually made its way into the condo but we killed it right away and the maintenance guy did bring us a sticky trap for any other ones that could make it in. Fortunately we did not see any other bugs in the condo or make its way in.

Great location but overpriced condo

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Others have noted that the condo is dated. I would add that it is worn out and dingy. The carpeting was threadbare and had holes in places. The drapes were filthy and ripped on the inside. The floors were dirty and sandy. The A/C worked great, the appliances were all good working order and the beds were comfortable. The TV was easy to add apps to and log in to streaming services, the Wi-Fi was fast enough for work and video streaming. The beach was clean and lots of room for everyone, the pool was very refreshing and the bar staff were helpful and nice. We traveled with friends who rented 2 other condos in the same tower. The cost of their week was 2/3 RDS the cost of ours and they had much nicer and cleaner condos.

Check-in was very easy and covered parking a plus. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffee watching sunrise from the deck each morning.
