Situated in the charming suburb of South Launceston you are only a hop, skip & jump from the Launceston CBD & all attractions that the region has to offer.This super cute three bedroom cottage, is your perfect home away from home. Offering three spacious queen bedrooms & two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite with walk in robe, located in the attic area - very cool!

The renovation on the cottage is supremely stylish with quality appliances & furnishings, whilst maintaining the heritage charms of a bygone era. Polished floor boards, exposed brick, high ceilings, nestle in beautifully with the modern industrial style kitchen, bathrooms & furnishings.

The outdoor deck area, which flows from the kitchen, is the perfect spot to sit & relax with a morning cuppa or drink after a hard's exploring the region or working.

Funky Cottage in Launceston

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s such a delight to stay here. It feels like a warm hug. Has everything you need while you’re away from home. I’m a Queenslander and I’m not great with the cold, so it’s always a roll of the dice with staying in some homes in case they are draughty but not this funky cottage. Snug as a bug. Comfy beds. Fabulous bathrooms! Has a washing machine but no dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. On site parking. Fairly quiet neighbourhood despite being on a Main Street. Neighbours dog is a bit annoying but only because I have a neighbour at home whose dog barks a fair bit too but it was fine - it’s just bored. Can’t wait to stay here again some time!

Well Equipped and Located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home had everything needed for a stay (including cooking requirements) and was conveniently located (close to highways/shops/food/local sights). Beds and pillows were clean and comfy, good quality linen and towels. Good selection of games, books and magazines. The clean before we entered wasn't that great, looked like the floor had been swept but not vacuumed (found citrus seeds (think was lemon), dried peas and a fair bit of fluff in the corners). Council collection rubbish bins were particularly manky, with items in the organics and recycle bin that clearly didn't belong there and had clearly been there for some time, obviously the cleaner never checks. No window coverings on the upstairs bathroom was odd - clear view through a clear window straight to the loo. Given Launceston weather - the laundry needs a clothes dryer, having to hang clothes around the place inside is never fun, the clothes airer helped but I think a dryer is a must for Launceston. Nonetheless all-in-all would recommend and stay again.

Best Accommodation in Launceston!

We have stayed in many places around Australia and this house in Launceston is by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was cozy and warm and close to everything. Nothing has been left out in terms of comfort. My kids were in tears when we left and one just asked, ‘Daddy can we please stay at that house the next time we are in Launceston?’
