The house was amazing. Two large living areas were perfect for our large family. The weather was great so we were able to grill out and play in the yard. The house was well equipped. Our host was amazing, he was easy to talk to and very accommodating. We are looking forward to a possible summer family gathering and will definitely book the home again. This was one of our best Christmas gatherings in years because we were all able to all stay together. This place is one of a kind. We are thrilled that we found it and were able to book it.

Gathered our family from around the country. Great facility for relaxing, snacking around the kitchen, or playing outside for the little munchkins with the toys on site. Swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Gave the adults a great place to congregate and watch the fun. Cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on the outside griddle. It was clean and an extra tank of propane was available. The home is spacious with three different areas for kids or adults to spend time. Two downstairs with televisions and one upstairs with a pool table. Bedrooms with nice, bathrooms were excellent. Ready to plan our return.

Family vacation

We had a great time. Lots of room for 15 of us. The pool was great but the slide wasn’t really working. Also the trampoline was not in the best shape. The bath tubs did drain slow which was little hard when given baths to the little ones. But I think it was in a great location. I would stay there again

May Family Stay

Just got back from a weekend at this house. The space is amazing for a large group. There are 7 bedrooms in the house itself, but the second kitchen/living space & bedroom with several beds is not in the house. I assume it’s in the nearby shed and should not be included in the advertisement. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space with an extra fridge/freezer in the pantry right off the kitchen. The pool area was wonderful, fenced off for safety. The slide was a blast for everyone. It’s a play pool, so no deeper than 5ft and perfect for water volleyball.

We fell in love Kansas and with this property.

Huge house. Everything you could want to keep kids entertained, a pool, video games, basketball area, trampoline, pool table, televisions everywhere, and for the adults, grills (multiple), a front porch swing, walk in showers, camp fires, and plenty of space. Awesome location and close to the city where we enjoyed great entertainment and amazing food (Bite Me BBQ & Doo-Dah Grill. We loved Kansas.
