Unit #83 - Cozy one bedroom, one bath side unit with extra windows for lots of

sunlight. Beds: Master bedroom - King bed; Living room queen sofa sleeper.

Dining area has a Full Murphy Bed that folds down. 43' flat screen TV in the

living room. Gas fireplace. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer

only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The

recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator

and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large

fireplace. The complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon

Lodge Ski Area.



ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any

additional parking is not guaranteed.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Maximum occupancy four (4) people including children.

Super close to the lifts!

Great unit in very close proximity to Canyon Lodge and an easy walk to the lifts.

The property has a great location and we used to come to this complex but this specific condo was old and hadn’t been remodeled and kitchen smell terrible! The bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet was clogged and we had to call office to come and fix it. We booked it for 3 nights but left one night early as the king bed and pillows weren’t comfortable and the indoor air quality was terrible. Very over priced condo!

Can't beat the location!

The place is simple, not fancy or big, but has nice view out of the window and location next door to Canyon lodge can't be beat! The communication was a bit frustrating... there are basically two companies (not including VRBO) to deal with, and it's confusing which company to deal with for what. Would be nice if there were just one point of contact.

Great mammoth condo, wifi not great

Only problem is the Wifi is not great... very spotty. I had to sit in the hallway to do some work.
