1 Bedroom/1 Bath in the Summit located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Eagle Express Lift. Sleeps 4

Location: Very close to Eagle Lodge! Conveniently located a short and flat 3-minute walk to the lift. Enjoy a more relaxed morning before hitting the slopes without worrying about parking or having to take a shuttle. Coming back mid-day is an easy option if you are looking to take a more restoring break. Groceries and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away, and the nearby shuttle stop provides the option to get around without driving.

The Condo: Recently renovated and modern. Sleep up to four people with a King bed in the bedroom, a pull out Queen sofa bed with a new memory foam mattress, and a Twin daybed. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishware and cookware you need for a tasty home cooked meal, including a crockpot and rice cooker. A fireplace with a blower and electric wall heaters will keep you cozy on chilly winter days.

Amenities: A pair of outdoor hot tubs and a sauna located just down the hall provide options for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The unit has an assigned garage parking spot for one vehicle, so you won't have to worry about scraping snow and ice off your car. Other complex amenities include outdoor gas grills, a gym and in building coin laundry.

Disclaimers:

Parking for a second vehicle is available first come first serve. The nearby Eagle Express Lift generally opens early December and closes in mid/late April. Some amenities may be closed for routine maintenance or repairs at HOA discretion.

PET FRIENDLY - $75/pet fee- Only ONE dog allowed- also dog must be crated while unattended (36" crate provided in unit)

Great place for a family

Location was wonderful! So close to Eagle Lodge which was great for when the kids wanted to back and rest. The condo was clean and spacious and just what our family needed.

Nice first floor condo very close to Eagle Lodge

This is a nice condo with a wood fireplace, deck, and underground parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to Eagle lodge, and the hot tubs were very close. Nice room at a good rate.

We will consider this condo in the future. Very clean, roomy and in a very nice area. It was nice to come back to after a full day of fishing on the Owens.

Excellent choice!

Everything was accurately described, beautifully decorated, the beds were all super comfortable. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place-especially wearing ski boots - a short walk!

Snowboarding trip

You can’t beat the location, you’re a 2 minute walk from Eagle Lodge and we really enjoyed being able to take a break and have lunch at the apartment and being able to spend some time with our dog. The place is clean, well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next boarding trip!

Nice place Super convenient

Nice little condo, just across the street from the Eagle lift. Overall we had a great stay. Could’ve been a few more blankets to go around. Also we couldn’t get a fire started, I think the wood wasn’t dry enough. No biggie. Great place to stay. Thanks for having us.

Perfect

We have been going to Mammoth Lakes every summer for 11 years. This condo is the best place we have stayed in and we hope to stay there again next summer. It is tastefully decorated , very light and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Caution: don't lock the bathroom door, it is hard to unlock.

Clean, easy access to Eagle Lodge

Property overall was great. The parking garage was very dark but glad to have covered parking. The only thing that was tough was the bathroom sliding door which isn’t that accessible. We got stuck inside and the door isn’t the easiest to maneuver.

Only 1 Fish caught

Unfortunately it rained most the weekend. The condo unit was nicely decorated. The main building still showed signed of damage from the extreme winter. Also my wife caught our only fish and I got skunked for the first time.

Grat Condo (except no usable deck)

A great place that was comfortable and very well equipped. Our only complaint was that the deck was stacked with firewood and unusable. No way to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour on the deck. Owners are clearly focused on the ski crowd. Management did a good job soothing over this issue, but cannot recommend for a summer rental.

A gem!

Overall a fabulous stay. The unit was equipped with everything needed to cook, the bed was comfortable, and the couch/fireplace/tv set up made for cozy nights. Having the covered parking spot was also super nice. The check in and check out process was easy and clear. Would absolutely stay again! My one complaint was there was a lot of construction going on around the property (which is understandable, has to happen at some point) but giant pieces of wood/torn up carpet/etc were often blocking the door out of the building which was just annoying as we would have to maneuver around all that stuff. Obviously this is out of the hosts control but took away from the experience a bit.
