The Orchard House, 3 bedroom house in NOTL

Welcome to the Orchard House in picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake! The house is located on a quiet, tranquil neighborhood street backing into a Mirabelle plum and peach orchard and only 4 minutes’ drive or 25 minutes’ walk to Queen Street, the busiest and most charming street at Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Heritage District.

The Orchard House has four split levels (Main/Upper/Lower/Basement).

Main level opens to relaxing and bright living room, adjacent to dining room and kitchen. Both living and dining rooms have large bay windows. Rustic dining room has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve up your morning coffee or favorite lunches/dinners.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms facing backyard and orchard. First bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV, second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom two twin beds. Upper level also has a full bathroom with shower and large double vanity.

Lower level has a large living/family room with sectional sofa and smart TV with access to Netflix and Roku. Second full bathroom is also located on this level with shower and vanity.

Basement has complimentary laundry facility with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

*Seasonal - enjoy daily bbq or evening glass of wine on the private backyard overlooking the orchard. The large backyard has outdoor dinning for 6, equipped with a gas BBQ/grill and gazebo with lounge chairs perfect for sunset over the orchard.

Per Niagara-on-the-Lake local by-laws, we are required to keep a record of all our guests. We will request for the information listed below a few days before check-in:

Great weekend getaway spot

The property itself was clean and well maintained. The backyard was private and perfect for dinner and drinks. Great spot if you’re looking to do some wine tours, golf or both.

Great property in Niagara-on-the-lake

Stayed with a group of 6 adults for 5 nights at the property. Great quiet location near to town and wineries. Clean, updated space. Would definitely stay again!

The two night stay for my family in this beautiful home was restful and the location was great. Communication with the owners was excellent. The home is indeed set on the edge of a vineyard in an established and quiet Niagara neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Girl’s trip to Niagara on the Lake

The house was in a great location close to downtown Niagara on the Lake. The house was clean and well appointed. Nice backyard with a pretty peach orchard behind it. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall Great Place to Stay

This property was great for visiting NOL and the surrounding areas. It has plenty of space to spread out and was very clean. The well appointed home is in a charming, very quiet neighborhood close to everything. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms have been updated. The only slight challenge is that it is a split level home, super cool design, but there are a few stairs to navigate which might be good to know if you have senior knees : ) The host was a pleasure to communicate with and even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Clean and convenient

My wife and I found this property to meet 100% of our expectations. It was super clean, convenient to town while being in a quiet and pleasant residential area, comfortable and well stocked to meet all of our needs. Ostap, the host, was extremely responsive to all of our communications, and a delight to deal with. My wife particularly enjoyed the luscious landscaping. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, responsive host.

We loved our stay at Ostap’s place in NOTL. The home was clean, well laid out and very spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return here and again and would highly recommend. One quick tip for others who like to walk: to walk into town, there is a good pedestrian route across a little footbridge that is not marked as a walking route on Google maps, but avoids all the traffic on the main road.

A perfect 10!

This was a girls weekend with lifelong friends. The property manager was great. She answered all our questions promptly. It was in a quiet neighborhood backing up to a beautiful orchard surrounded by beautiful flowers. The bedrooms were nice, the bathrooms were brand new and the kitchen was well stocked. This was our favorite spot so far. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Perfect Location

This property is in the ideal location so close to Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and to endless vineyards. It looks like the home was re modeled to a very good standard throughout and there was ample room for our family of 5 including a choice of outside seating at the rear overlooking an orchard. The only negative is that all three bedrooms are on the upper floor and have to share one bathroom. There is a second bathroom which is in the basement. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with promptly by the owner

Beautiful Niagara on the Lake

This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the shops and numerous vineyards. We only used the King bedded room and it was so comfortable! Cooked a few nice meals in the kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Half hour drive to see Niagara Falls. Spectacular!
