Property is beautiful. Clean, bright, very roomy. Instructions for checking in were great. Home is close to town and restaurants and wineries, but still very private. Loved the 3 bathrooms. Sitting at the dining table and playing games with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunshine..beautiful! Will definitely stay here again!

The house appears to have been thoroughly upgraded and redesigned to serve as a short-term rental. We found it to be comfortable, functional and attractive. Being within walking distance of all theatres was a distinct advantage.

Very clean and updated home. Very comfortable for our family with children. The location was excellent - walkable to Queen Street, but a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Myself and three girlfriends just spent 7 nights in Kevin’s VRBO and everything was terrific. Our only surprise was that all three bedrooms were larger than we had expected! We always enjoyed the walk to Queen Street as the VRBO is in a charming neighbourhood with lovely homes and gardens. Enjoyed lots of great local restaurants but we also appreciated being able to have the some meals in our “own home”. If you fancy a break from restaurants on Queen Street and are looking for breakfast or lunch we recommend AegeanFlavrs which is a Greek Deli & Cafe only 400 metres away. Kitty-corner from there is Zoom bike rentals which did a great job of setting us up on e-bikes to explore some of the river trails. Looking forward to returning with my husband!

The location was amazing, the neighborhood was lovely. The house was beautifully decorated and fresh. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the sofa was extremely soft, no springs or firmness along with some of the mattresses. We were a group of woman enjoying the quaint town, wineries, dining and walking in the neighborhood.

Very nice home. Near all the old town areas and wineries. Spotlessly clean. We never were able to get the Tv to work despite the instructions. Outdoor Gas grill was left on. Smelled gas. Shut off the tank. Only drinking water is tap despite there being a water cooler.

Hi Lawrence, Thanks for staying with us, I am sorry there was some little problems. I checked the tv and since we had a short power outage the device needed to be reboot. The water cooler was intended to be used as a kind gesture to give the guests some drinking water but has instead be used for cooking and everything else. The tap water is regularly tested and is drinkable, if you don't want to drink the from the tap then bringing bottled water is the best option. Thanks for letting us know about the gas grill and thanks for turning it out. You are welcomed back anytime

It was a.beautifully decorated, well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. It exceeded our expectations. It was also very reasonably priced. The host met us at check in.

It took us a bit to figure out the remote control. We couldn't find a flipper, but improvised with a scraper. We had a great stay.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The location was great - within walking distance to most NOTL attractions. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio at the dining table there. The bathrooms had great water pressure and lots of towels were provided. The area is very quiet at night. We are already looking forward to coming back and will definitely rent here again.

Weekend Stay

Our group was 6 adults (three couples) celebrating my husband’s birthday. We have come to NOTL several years now for his birthday weekend and this stay was fantastic. The house was exactly as advertised in pictures and an easy 15-20min walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Town area and a short drive to wineries. The house was very clean and comfortable and the beds and bathrooms were well stocked with linens, pillows, towels, and toiletries. Our only (very minimal) issue was no ice tray for the freezer. We would absolutely book this house again for another stay and look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space!

This is simply the best experience we have had. Take note: this is what winning with a short-term rental looks like. Simple check in, and hotel quality check out, i.e., towels on the floors and beds left alone. No one minds a cleaning fee when the host actually cleans. Every other experience I have had is so much worse. Note to owners: keep the checkout simple and guilt free like this host and you will be rewarded with more guests.Otherwise, the house seems remodeled with giant modern bathrooms, a backyard that is immeasurably large, and that giant window (as pictured.) The window itself is the size of a pickup cargo bed.The house could easily sleep 8 people, but we only had 4, and it was fantastic. We were with another couple and we all just used our own bathroom.Neighborhood is perfect. Quiet, nice houses, places to walk. No burnouts/boom trucks/motorcycles we could hear, but then again the insulation was so good, it would take a lot to disturb you inside the house.I think people would expect all this at this price point, but I can tell you that very often I have spent this much or more and the sneaky checkout instructions still want you to mop/dust/wash/dry/move/sort trash/etc.Highly recommended.

Thanks for the kind words. We have always thought that the best experience should be the place of visit. We pride ourselves on cleaning to our finest standards and that the guest shouldn't have to clean up, make beds etc. To stay with us.

This property was perfect for 3 couples. We appreciated the number of bathrooms, and one room having 2 beds to accommodate mobility issues. The house was very well equipped. One very minor issue, the can opener is an older model and difficult to operate. We appreciated the location close to town ( very walkable), and the outdoor space. We highly recommend this property.
