Welcome to Clanalpine Retreat, a charming holiday home nestled in the quaint village of Leura. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering plenty of indoor and outdoor space — making it the perfect spot for family gatherings, reunions, or a relaxing retreat with friends.

The home features four generously sized bedrooms, all elegantly styled with ample wardrobe space, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort. A handy porta-cot is available for the little ones. There are two bathrooms stocked with essential amenities and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes top-tier appliances such as an Espresso Coffee Machine, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Gather your loved ones in the separate dining room for memorable meals together. The cozy TV room with a 42” screen and free Wi-Fi guarantees endless entertainment. Children will enjoy the selection of books and toys available.

Step outside into your private oasis — an expansive garden complete with a gas BBQ, ideal for family cookouts and outdoor fun. The property also offers undercover parking via the carport for your convenience.

Amazing

This is our third year staying at Clanalpine and we just love the house. Still a little getting used to working out the air con but other than that we have a great stay. Place is always beautiful and clean.

Simple, comfortable and peaceful

We’ve been staying here at least annually for the past 16 years. Clanalpine is situated beautifully on a large block surrounded by camellia trees and tall pines. A favourite spot for us. All you need and nothing you don’t.

Perfect!

Lovely house for 2 families. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Great big yard for the kids to run around. Excellent location. Couldn’t get the fireplace working which was a shame.

Needs a big clean

The place needed a good clean! Lots of cob webs on the inside and seemed like no one had been there for a year to give the outside deck a brush down. Location was nice and quiet. Could hear the train in the morning as it was close. Not a real fireplace as advertised only gas available which was a let down as thats a feature why we booked. Ensuite shower leaked everywhere. Overall was a nice place with plenty of room but for the price it didnt tick all the boxes.

Lovely stay

This was a beautiful house very close to local shops and lots of space to spread out. It was really warm and when we had an issue with the fire place late in the evening, the host was responsive over the phone which was great.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

A home away from home . This property has everything we need for a comfortable and relaxing time away. Every bedroom had a view so it was nice to wake up to nature. Property was clean and cosy . Location is excellent .so close to Leura village with Woolies and Cinema nearby . The only slight disappointment was that the fireplace wasn't functioning pending repair at the time of our stay . Otherwise we ate happy with our stay and Would recommend this property.

A really beautiful and clean light filled home, set in lovely peaceful garden surrounds. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It’s a nice stroll into Leura to all the lovely shops and restaurants. A fabulous home for a mountain respite.

21st Mothers Group weekend away

Great property... a few issues that you might like to address.... few bedroom doors that didn’t close properly, tissues on the floor behind the bunk room door, and difficulty using the tv. We enjoyed the well equity cooking facilities and the fireplace.

Lovely home in good location

Lovely cosy home, and very well equipped kitchen. I really do think that attention to detail with regards to cleaning should be looked at. The ensuite bathroom, which unfortunately does lack storage and the shower leaks terribly, was not very clean around the toilet and the corners etc. The bins in the bathrooms are rusty and marked and need replacing, a simple thing. Whilst there was a dryer there was no clothes airer, we went and bought one and took it with us. The pots in the kitchen drawers weren't cleaned very well and ended up putting some of them through the dishwasher, kitchen doors and handles were sticky and simple things like having cleaning crew wipe cupboards and fridge from finger marks does make you feel a little better when you walk into a home. No TV in the main room and the TV in the kids bunk room we couldn't get to work on normal TV channels. This home is just beautiful and would definitely recommend to anyone or my friends I think that what would make it even better would be to have whoever does your cleaning to pay more attention to detail. Even sweeping the front entrance of all the pine needles before arrival is an easy fix with a garden blower. I swept and it stayed cleaned whilst we were there but when we arrived it looked like it hadn't been done for a bit. Enjoy your stay here, it's very pretty and warm in winter, the location suited us perfectly for where we needed to be.

Gorgeous house. Really well equipped

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The house was toasty warm and cosy. Really well equipped. Lots of board games and dvds. Honestly the only thing missing was a way to play music so take your Sonos or Boom. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Definitely not luxury, kitchen drawers falling off bathrooms not clean and need updating Batteries needed in remote controls, clock stopped. We enjoyed our stay but it could really be a prestige property with a few updates and a good clean out. Love the gas fireplace.

Always a beautiful place to stay. Comfortable and welcoming.

Great home but needs some attention with a few small things. Dryer not working, cookware needs some tlc/a clean out and remotes never have batteries here. We always bring our own. Bed linen probably due for an update soon. We do love it here though and it wouldn’t stop us booking again
