Newly renovated apartment with a lot of natural lights from two big windows, keyless entrance, small backyard with BBQ available for guests, great location, close to downtown core, grocery store, cafes, and restaurants.
It's a basement apartment with a lot of space, nice, and cozy. The bedroom has a nice and spacious closet. Kitchen has stove, fridge, coffee machine, glasses, plates, microwave, and dishwasher. Work desk and chair.
One parking spot available for small vehicle.

Nice quiet spot, host responds to questions quickly. city transit runs down street, closest grocery not far away. Nearby laundromat Bed comfy, good internet.

We loved our stay. We felt completely at home and welcomed. Lots of extra items added like coffee and cooking items. Plenty of amenities and lots of comfort. The entry system was well-communicated and made us feel safe. We'd definitely use again!

Good location and very clean

Very nice apartment and enjoyed my stay. 2 things though...the owner needs to fix the TV. It was in child lock from a previous rentor and not usable. The fridge also needs to be fixed, very loud noise coming from the freezer.

Zoi treat me like a family

I stayed at Zoi's apartment to take a mental health break. She took good care of all details and the apartment was impeccable. She and her mom are very supportive and at the same time respectful of my privacy. Overall experience was great!
