This renovated coastal style apartment is located in the popular Flynn's Beach area. The apartment features a air conditioned combined lounge/dining area, main bedroom with king size bed & air conditioning, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bathroom with double shower, internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. Security parking for one vehicle with remote access. Relax on the balcony whilst taking in glimpses of the ocean & enjoying an afternoon BBQ. Only a short stroll down to Flynn's Beach, local restaurants & only a short drive into the town centre. FREE WIFI & 65 inch SMART TV. Please note the apartment is accessible by stairs. (34 steps from the secure car park to the apartment).

This apartment has everything you will need for your beach side holiday. You won't want to leave!

Local attractions include beaches, beautiful coastal walks, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

Linen is included along with beach shade & beach towels. No Pets. Strictly No Smoking. No Party Policy.

Relaxing stay

We had great stay in nice furnished and comfortable apartment at the perfect location not far away from Flynns beach. I would like to come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in such a beautiful unit. Very well stocked, we have never had that before. Location was great but then again anywhere in Port Macquarie would be a great location. The only draw bach to this unit, there is no elevator. We really struggled with all those stairs as we both have physical disabilities

Perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We escaped to Port Macquarie for a beachside holiday out of peak season. The weather was perfect, the sea temperatures 20 to 23 degrees and the beaches only busy on the weekends. The apartment is ideally located with Flynn's beach a short walk away and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with excellent appliances and wifi that works.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely quiet unit close to the beach. We loved going for walks on the beaches and even in October, the water was warm enough for swimming. The unit has been renovated, and the king bed was a nice touch.
