Welcome to Villa B8, one of the closest villas to the ocean view within the exclusive La Escondida community in Puerto Escondido. This is a three-bedroom private villa designed for indoor-outdoor living, where the sea becomes part of your everyday experience.

As you enter, the front glass doors open wide to reveal uninterrupted ocean views and your own private pool just steps from the living space. The terrace flows seamlessly into an expansive open-concept dining and living area, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that invites you to slow down and settle in.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or groups traveling together while still wanting privacy. The layout makes it easy to gather for meals, sunset drinks, or relaxed evenings while also offering quiet corners to retreat.

Your private pool overlooks the ocean, offering the perfect place to cool off while watching the horizon. During whale season, you may spot whales breaching in the distance, and dolphins are frequent visitors along the coastline. Sunsets here are unforgettable.

In addition to your private space, you’ll have access to two shared pools and expansive common areas just a short walk up from the villa. These shared spaces offer sweeping coastal views and additional room to relax, swim, or enjoy time with friends and family.

The location in La Escondida offers both privacy and convenience. You’re centrally positioned between the best beaches, restaurants, and activities in Puerto Escondido. Whether you want to walk down to Playa Manzanillo, explore La Punta, surf at Zicatela, or enjoy a quiet beach day, everything is within easy reach.

What a beautiful place! 6 of us stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The full kitchen and large dining space allowed us to do lots of cooking during our stay. We watched birds and humpback whales from the balcony and it was great to have a private pool for cooling off in the afternoons. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, the market, and multiple beaches for snorkeling and swimming. The balcony doesn’t have very comfortable seating but there are hammocks up on the shared rooftop pool area so I went up there to read a few times and it was nice and quiet. Sound travels very easily between units through the small courtyard spaces so we could hear the every move of our upstairs neighbours - not a big deal but we sometimes got woken up earlier than we wanted (nothing an afternoon siesta couldn’t fix!)The condo was clean, comfy, spacious, and beautiful. The host was kind and helpful and very quick to answer all my questions. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

What a beautiful place!! 6 of us stayed here for a week and had an amazing time lounging in the pool, eating home cooked meals in the nice big dining space, and watching birds and humpback whales from the balcony. The house was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and helpful, and quick to reply to all our questions.The location is perfect - we walked to the market for fresh fruit and veggies, all over town to explore shops and restaurants, and to multiple beaches for swimming and snorkeling. We ventured over to Zicatela for dinner one night and experienced the hoards of tourists and loud, busy party vibe, which made us so grateful to be staying where we were. Sound travels really easily between units in the building so we could hear the every move of our upstairs neighbours down through the little courtyards. This sometimes made it hard to sleep in as long as we would have liked in the morning, but it was nothing a 3pm siesta couldn’t fix.My one wish was that the seating outside on the balcony was a bit more comfy - we had a table with benches and a few slightly uncomfortable chairs so it wasn’t the coziest spot to lounge and read. There are 6 hammocks up on the rooftop by the shared pool so I went up there to read my book and that was lovely, there weren’t many people around.Overall we had a wonderful time and

We loved this condo!!! It was an oasis. The view is amazing. We loved watching the sunrise, watching the birds fly overhead. The dipping pool was perfect. They rooftop pool and gardens were beautiful. We loved laying in the hammocks up there. There is security so that is comforting, although Puerto Escondido felt very safe. The host was amazing- super helpful in all areas. Gave us great recs on food. So quick to respond to any questions. They give you a free house cleaning if you stay for 7 days. We ended up booking this condo last minute after we tried to stay in numerous places and could not get strong enough Wifi to work from Puerto. I contacted this property and they responded right away. They said the wifi was strong and it was! Super helpful while in Puerto. Amazing stay and amazing place!
