It was a great stay.\n We had a great time. We enjoyed the host and the amenities. We only had a couple of small problems. One the door to the guest bedroom would not lock There was also a pile of leaves on the deck. Small.\nProblem that can be fixed in just a few moments other than that , the weekend was great , thank you

Hello , we are happy to know that your vacation and you stay went great , thank you for your review and kind words .We always strive to give our guests a great experience, unfortunately the leaves on the patio during this time of the year, is hard to control, their is huge tree right in front of the patio and all the leaves that fall off , our patio takes a lot of it , even after repeated removals, we shall look into the guest room door situation , thanks for bringing that to our attention . Just right for a quick weekend away

We didn't get to check out the whole property and use all the amenities during our stay but it was just right for us and another couple to stay.

Beautiful view and great location

Property was very clean with nice furniture. Easy drive to Oaklawn Race Track (our reason for visiting). Beautiful view of the lake from a large porch/balcony. Be sure to bring your login info for SmartTVs (no cable).

Fantastic Lake Condo

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was immaculate. The view of the lake was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable and I loved how the condo even provided a blow up mattress. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. We will definitely be back!

Such a great getaway location!

This place was the perfect getaway for a long weekend!! My fiancé & our two friends went on a couples weekend trip & stayed here for two nights! It was the perfect location, lots of restaurants, a short drive to downtown, and beautiful views! The condo was beautifully remodeled, extremely clean, cozy, and the location felt super safe! The bathrooms were nice and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a simple check-in and check-out!!! I would love to go back & I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here!

Birthday getaway.

Brought three teenagers to Hot Springs to hit the lake and Magic Springs. Had a great time and some great food. The condo was clean and has good proximity to the lake and pools. Was able to keep three teenage boys busy.

Great Location And Home

The condo is very comfortable. The location is very nice and it has direct lake access. It is close to the city (15 min) and close to state/national parks (20-45 min). The beds are also some of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Very clean, lots of towels, very good for groups! All king beds.

Great condo

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. Very comfy condo, perfect for us. Kitchen was well-stocked, everything worked as it should, and the renovation is beautifully done. The only thing we’d change are the shower doors, but that’s just our preference. Communication with owner was excellent! We will definitely return.

Very family friendly

We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town. It slept us all comfortably. Only suggestion would be a grill on the balcony. There is one available on the property - but one there at the condo would be nice. Other than that everything was provided. Location is perfect to everything. We had a great time and will be back!

Loved Hot Springs!

We had a great time exploring the Hot Springs area! The condo was perfect . . . well equipped, clean, spacious . . . we couldn't have asked for more. The property manager was very response when we had questions (nights and weekends even!). We would highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend

My mother brought my sister and I to Hot Springs for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious, and decorated in a lake theme. The beds were very comfortable, which is super important to us! We didn't do any cooking over the weekend, but we noticed the kitchen was well stocked. The view of the lake from the balcony was nice. It was a very short drive into Hot Springs, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Good, but some issues

Overall a good place. A fireplace was advertised, but it is not functional. The queen air mattress leaks air and needed to be reinflated multiple times.

After sharing your comments with the homeowner, they provided the following response:-Our cleaning team informed us of the guest’s concerns, and we’d like to address them. The fireplace is a functional wood-burning fireplace, not a gas fireplace, and requires firewood. We were unaware of this misunderstanding until now.-Regarding the queen air mattress, this is the first time we’ve been informed of an issue with it leaking air, as no previous guests had reported this problem.-We always strive to do what’s best for our guests, but unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns during their stay.Thank you for your review. We're committed to providing the best experience for every guest and look forward to welcoming more satisfied guests, as seen in our previous and recent reviews.

It was a girls trip and the condo was perfect. It was very clean and owner went above and beyond on all the extras that made our stay so good. Extra pillows in the bedroom, beach towels for the swimming pool, coffee, condiments, we had everything we needed and more. The view from the patio was beautiful of Lake Hamilton. This is the top condo so we were high enough to see over the other condos. You will not be disappointed. Oh almost forgot, the beds are super comfortable.

Last minute trip to Hot Springs with my children.

I traveled with 3 of my children and one of their friends. Their ages range between 5 - 17. The condo felt very safe in a gated community. Very clean and updated. Very nice playground for the little ones and my older two enjoyed playing tennis on the courts. We all enjoyed the community hot tub, as well. The location is great, overlooking Lake Hamilton. Close to all of the sightseeing activities we were there to do and has several great restaurants close by. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful location/not if launching a boat

This place is fabulous to do anything Hot Springs. The accommodations fabulous! Everything you need for a stay… However, if planning to launch & park a boat, not the location. There’s no dock access or ramp on premises. The grounds manager did allow us to park our boat in overflow so very accommodating. The nearest ramp is 4 miles away at the hatchery FYI. Despite the boat situation, we absolutely loved our stay. The balcony overlooked the fireworks for Memorial weekend. Just fabulous!
