Large family home 3 min drive to beaches/food. 3 levels & 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (ensuite), ceiling fans throughout. Kids retreat has PS4/games 65’ smart TV (same TVs in living areas, master bedroom and back deck). 3 fridges, formal dining, indoor fireplace. Pub pool table, 3 huge decks, sound system, lights and disco ball. Very private backyard with Firepit. Wildlife and bush at back mesh fence (kangaroos, koalas, wild deer). Outside beach shower. North facing, stunning mountain views.

Family Birthday

This was a great house for a large group - we had 13 adults and kids. Heaps of room and everyone enjoyed the outdoor space and pool table. Everything we needed was there. Only downside was no air-conditioning and it was quite hot the weekend we visited.

Bucks Weekend

Our stay for my mates Bucks weekend was great as the property had everything we needed to have a easy going and fun get away The location was top notch, very easy to get around and with a short walk you could be at the beach or cafes/restaurants. I highly suggest you stay here if you have a large group of people

Overpriced and poorly maintained

We were really looking forward to our stay in Port Macquarie however this property fell very short of our expectations. The house was huge and perfect for a large family of our size however it was very poorly maintained and therefore not worth the price we paid at all. The property didnt appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as there were cobwebs and spiders in the bedrooms, the bath was filthy, there were dirty plates and utensils in the kitchen cupboards and the carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed. Aswell as this, the blinds in the media room and one of the bedrooms were broken so I couldn't even block out light for my baby to sleep. There were not enough towels put out for the number of guests nor were there even hand towels in the bathroom (they were in a laundry cupboard downstairs however we had to go hunting for them). There were no basic amendments such as olive oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid or even hand soap in the bathroom. I reached out to our host Shona about a large number of these items on day one of our stay however was met wish put back or just simply ignored. e.g. her response to their being no hand soap in the bathroom was "we do not provide hand soap" (then why was there hand soap in the bathroom with about 2 pumps left - either remove it if you don't intend to supply hand soap or refill it). I will not be staying at this property again.

Catering for a big family group

This property boosted so many surprises around every corner. Catching the views and morning sunlight from the front sitting area to settling into the evenings at the fire pit. Playing pool or singing along with party lights flashing on the back entertainment area. Only negative we didn’t stay longer

Great house for several families with kids

We were so happy with our stay. The 4 pairs of parents had their own rooms upstairs and the bunk room downstairs was great for all of the cousins to stay together. The teenagers loved the bunk room with their own loungeroom and access to the pool table and table tennis table. The beautiful deck off the kitchen was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The deck was also great bbq’s and socialising as a large group. We also loved toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. There were so many lounge areas that we never felt like we were cramped. The owners were so responsive with communication and if we had an issue attended to it immediately. Even though the property isn’t right in town or on the beach nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. The house backs onto a nature reserve so we constantly had kangaroos and a variety of birds near our back fence which the little kids loved. The yard is fully fenced so we also felt like the little ones were safe as there was so much grass area for them to run around. The teenagers rode their bikes down to the big park with pump track 2 streets away and loved it. The photos don’t do it justice! We will definitely be coming back here again!
