A stay in our cosy retro home will leave you and your family feeling refreshed and relaxed. A short stroll to shops, lake, beach, tavern, and tennis courts, this well presented, clean, two-story home sleeps up to ten people and is suitable for two families.
Magnificent ocean views from the balcony looking north, east and south towards Lake Cathie Beach and Bonny Hills with the Dunbogan headland in the background.
The house spread over two levels with main living on the upper level with kitchen, lounge, dining and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground level includes sleeping for up to six people, a kitchenette and third bathroom. Fully fenced in back yard, a driveway with plenty of off-street parking and double car garage. Linen provided.
The property has 3 bedrooms, however for bookings of less than 4 people, only bedrooms 1 & 2 will be available unless special requests are made prior to check in and may incur additional fees.
Please note that the 'study' area of the house is not accessible to guests.

Great retro vibes, plenty of space, good outdoor area for the dog and near to shopping centre and eating options.Tracey accommodated several date changes which was appreciated.

Lovely stay

Lovely property. We stayed here with our 2 kids and puppy. Ideal for beach walks, swim by lake, walk to shops and beach. House kept very clean and would recommend.

Ocean stay

Well situated and clean premises. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Shower with good supply of hot water and toiletries. Buddy enjoyed his well fenced back yard too.

We had an amazimg time at Lake Cathie. House is in a perfect location. 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 7 minute walk to woolies, cafe and a hidden gem, Andys chinese and fish chip shop! Everyone is so friendly, which just makes your stay all that more special.Tracy's communication was amazing. Let us bring all our fur babies as well. Also allowed us a kate check out. Thanks so much Tracy, we hope to be back again soo .

Quiet Location Close to the Beach

The house is very large, clean and well kept with quality linen and towels and kitchen appliances. The view to the ocean and down the coast towards Bonny Hills is fantastic. Very close to the beach, lagoon, tennis courts and shops making the location ideal for walking. The host is very timely on providing answers to questions. We will definitely stay in this accommodation again. Thanks Andrew

As soon as I opened the door there is a strong musty smell also there was a plastic snake on the backyard windowsill it freaked me out The carpet has dirty marks all over it Everything is old and very musty it goes through everything
