We invite you to experience this charming home nestled in Northern Pond with a modern kitchen for your cooking and entertaining pleasure. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with California King, 1 with Double, and 1 with a Twin. Amenities include complimentary Starlink wireless Internet access, central air conditioning/heat, and one internet TV. Dining table with seating for four plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. Standard coffee maker. Dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a private dock, covered porch with water view, rooftop deck, and covered ground deck. Outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and bike rack. Covered parking. No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. No Pets Allowed. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: Single Story Home with open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Primary bedroom with California King and primary bath with spacious tiled shower. Bedroom with Double and bedroom with Twin. Hallway Bath. Laundry room.
