Spacious Accommodations: 5 bedrooms, featuring luxurious KING beds in all the adult bedrooms—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Our home comfortably fits large groups without any issues, making it ideal for gatherings. The downstairs master bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer easy access, while the kids can enjoy their choice of the Star Wars or Harry Potter themed rooms.
Entertainment Galore: Enjoy the upstairs gaming room with a big-screen TV and a Digital Game Board, ensuring fun for all ages. The kids will love the game table and the themed bedrooms, where they can choose their favorite spot for sleepovers!
Open Living Space: The inviting living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, flows into a modern kitchen with an island that seats 5, plus a dining area overlooking the pool, comfortably seating another 10.

Additional Information:

Pool heat can be added for $30 a day (plus taxes).
Must BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to book.
All guests must be registered with the gate for community access; please provide a list of names and IDs upon booking.
*The BBQ grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest's responsibility to replace the tank.*
Parking is limited to 5 cars per house, and street parking is not allowed.

It looks brand new and everything in it looks brand new. Well equipped with dinnerware and good cookware and anything you need .Lots of towels and linens The beds were so comfortable my husband had me looking for the mattress tag so he could buy some. It’s hard to find a vacation home with 3 king beds and 3 en-suites. The 2 lounge rooms are big and roomy. The game table is awesome! The furniture is very comfortable the area is nice and quiet. You never have to get in interstate 4 to go to Disney parks. Walmart is very close and Publix also. The price is amazing for the size and quality The fire pit is a very nice touch. This is the one we are renting next year. Florida Spirit made us feel so welcome and were very attentive to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They had even left us flowers and a nice welcoming card and candy. It was wonderful Thank you Florida Spirit

Family Vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay at this rental. The home was very well kept and clean. Everything was perfect. No complaints. We look forward to staying in the Solara Resort again next year.

Great for big families

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, Walmart and other stores were close . The house was perfect , 3 families were able to sleep comfy. My only downside would be the air conditioning , it’s on a controlled timer that stops at 72 when Florida is blazing hot, thank goodness for ceiling fans

Great place!

Nearly new property, so everything is in great shape and as seen. Several special Disney touches to each room to make it more fun. Easy check-in/out and clean. Good location to parks, traffic was minimal. Resort pool/water park/playground is across the street and not really within walking distance, but it’s an easy drive. Definitely would stay again.

The Best vacation home

Pictures did not do justice to how wonderful this home is. Home was immaculate clean, fresh linens, kitchen had everything we needed to prep our food and eat, had everything we needed and to top it off a nice size heated pool. Would recommend for anyone and would definitely would return. Check in and check out was easy and quick!

Spring Break Disney Trip

This house was perfect for our 2 family vacation. We had plenty of space. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed having our own space. The game table upstairs was a big hit with the kids and adults! The drive to the parks was a bit long, depending on the time of day. Traffic was heavy in the evenings. The 4 way stops were a little scary during peak travel times.

Great Rental!

We decided to stay a little bit further from Disney at a new property this time and we really enjoyed it! The complex is fairly new and the amenities were great providing something for everyone! I especially loved the gym. The property itself was incredibly clean. The beds were insanely comfortable (I need the name of the mattress!). I appreciated the starter kit provided by the management company as well to get us started in the home. Thanks again!

AMAZING

I was super impressed! It was the funnest house ever :-) I would highly recommend it to everyone! The owners got back with me right away when I had a question as well. I totally appreciate that! I went for my daughter‘s 18th birthday trip and it’s memories I will have for the rest of my life! I can’t thank them enough :-)

We wish we could’ve turned the air down a degree or two, it was very hot upstairs. An extra kitchen towel would have been nice as well but we were there for eight days so we just got well used overall a wonderful stay and we plan to come back. This Solara resort was awesome!

Perfect for families

We LOVED this place. It is laid out wonderfully. All kids, ages 9 months to 15 had a great time. We especially loved the area with the game table and the pool of course! The pool is not large but it was enough for the kids to play. Everyone loved the decor. The upstairs was absolutely wonderfully decorated with themes. The downstairs is more beach/coastal and very pretty. We had 3 families who stayed together here (my siblings and I). There is a short drive to the resort area for the bigger pool and play areas. Parking was easy. We loved the resort area as well. So fun!!! I would love to come back to this home. The only downside is the lack of cooking items. There are some but, not very large items. We went and purchased an electric griddle. Easy fix. They had some small amounts of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags to get you started. We did go buy soap for all the bathrooms for washing hands and some more dish cloths/towels for our group. Easy. The stairs to the bedrooms is a little bit of a climb but that is expected with tall downstairs ceilings. There is one bedroom downstairs if you have someome who cannot do stairs. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and I managed the stairs. However I think my parents in their 60s who have worse knees and hips would not have managed. This is a townhouse, which I guess I missed, but it was nice and comfortable for a large group like ours! Honestly we absolutely loved this home. This was a wonderful experience.

very clean --- no propane tank and pool heater not working

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a new build... very clean.The location is bad, and you will need to travel through a number of 4 way stops. Many other drivers failed to yield at these intersections. During busy times, this doubled travel time to parks. (ie. Epcot was 25 minutes at 7am, almost 45 minutes at 9pm).Property management company responded to our emails, but never resolved the issues. 1) Pool heater not working. We've stayed at other properties with same layouts/build. In our case, this 'heated' pool was not heated. We reported an issue with the pool, the staff sent generic email telling us the pool would not be heated due to environmental factors. We've stayed at other properties with similar configuration, and always had a warm pool. We live in upstate NY, and are very accustomed to cold pools. Kids used the pool for 5 minutes, and it was tool cold for them. We ended up using the pool at the main bar/resort, this water was heated and working correctly. An acceptable response would have been "we'll send somebody over and check it out". They never sent somebody over to check it out, and we did not use the pool (even on 88 degree days). Issue unresolved.2) The BBQ was missing the propane tank. Instead of sending one over, the property management company told us to go buy one. Unresolved issue. Would not recommend renting from this property management company. Poor location, and we got the impression that the Property management company did not want to resolve the issues, and pushed them back on us.

This place was fantastic!

Check in was super simple. Got an email and it had everything we needed to get inside. We brought my parents who stayed in the bedroom downstairs. We stayed upstairs with the kids. The kids couldn't decide whether they wanted to sleep in the Star Wars room or the Harry Potter room so they slept in both! The unit had lots of room and the game table was so much fun! Everything was decorated very nice. The pool was great and the lanai was nice and private (I love the outside seating). We stopped by the resort one afternoon for lunch and hung out at the pool over there for a couple of hours, it's very nice. My parents loved it, the kids loved it, we will definitely be back there again!
