Cute cabin! We enjoyed all the trees from the big wraparound porch. The firepit and hot tub were fun. The cabin comfortably fit our group of six with plenty of room for cooking & game night. The cabin is very close to Mt Fork Park which is a small part of Beavers Bend State Park so great to fish and splash in the river. We were also a short drive to outfitters that rent tubes and kayaks. However most other local restaurants and activities are closer to Hochatown so 15-30 minutes away--that was only drawback to this cabin.

Disappointed

Jets don’t work in hot tub. Grill is rusty and only a couple bristles left on grill scrubber. No charcoal. No ice maker in freezer. No means to make ice cubes. We left one tray for next renters. Food was left from previous occupants what looked like brats. Probably still there. Coffee maker wasn’t cleaned. No laundry soap to start towels.

Cute, good location

Inside was clean and cute!! We saw so many birds, cool spiders and even a bat at the property. The landscape is beautiful and peaceful. The patio was pretty dirty and the hot tub definitely needed work and is kinda broken. The secondary rooms get HOT. There’s little fans but they don’t help a ton. Not as many tools and household items as you normally see in rentals but that’s fine. Bring some extra lighting for outside sitting at night and mosquito spray. Perfect location, we were able to go swim at the lake everyday and there is so much to do and see. Walmart is very close too so it’s easy to go get what you need.

Great space in a great location!

The house was very clean and exactly as it was listed. We did have trouble getting our check in information and had to spend over an hour calling Evolve to get the information. So I suggest getting that squared away well before you get there. Other than that we had a great time at the house. It was a little dark though. It could use some more lights.

Weekend trip with friends!

Property was clean and secluded plus the hot tub was great. However, the property manager does not answer; we emailed, called, and left a message on Vrbo and got no response, other than that everything was great!

Long weekend get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family. We grilled, enjoyed the fire pit and had a lot of fun in the hot tub. However, the hot tub could use some cleaning chemicals. The water did not look very clean. Overall, it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet.

The cabin itself is cute and was clean. -that’s the 2 stars. However, there were only a few plates, cups, coffee cups, etc. For example, there wouldn’t have been enough kitchen items for everyone to eat at one time if the house was full. (No dishwasher) Also, there weren’t any items for baking (cookie sheets, bowls to stir, etc) and we had to drink wine out of coffee cups. It was also notable that the kitchen towels were old and stained. Additionally, the tub faucet in the master bath is missing the lever to control the temperature. The house is also very dark inside. I moved lamps from the bedroom to the common area so it would be light enough to put a puzzle together. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Cabin was great. 20 minutes away from Hochatown, away from the traffic. Semi-secluded and quiet.

Loved the cabin. Very quiet. A mile from a picnic spot where you could swim in the river. About 20-25 minute drive to Hochatown and the lake. Had to go out and buy laundry detergent, bbq utensils and steak knives and lighter to start the fire and grill, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. Would have rated it higher if not for that

The Birthday Celebration

The dining room table and chairs need to be upgraded. Two of the chairs broke and we had to use outside chairs at the table. The water knob for shower/bath is a bit hard to use.

River Run cabin stay!

A few minor issues. Coffee pot was broken but someone came as soon as possible to bring a new one. My kids wished the hot tub was hotter and the jets worked better but overall, it was a nice cabin. The beds were very comfortable!

Allways worth a visit!

It was our second time in Broken Bow and we enjoyed it just as much as our first vacation! The Cabin is perfect for 4 adults but it can fit up to 6 as well. The surrounding area is perfect for long hikes and we enjoyed the whirlpoolevery single evening. We'll be back soon!

Good for a family

Our group was 3 couples. The cabin is a great place to stay but wasn’t super convenient for 3 adult couples. The guest bathroom door doesn’t lock and the flush is so loud it woke everyone up at night. We also got there to discover one room had bunk beds instead of the bed in pics on the listing. We managed but it was not ideal. Also please note, the king bed is super soft. But we enjoyed hanging out by the campfire and relaxing in the cabin!

Such a good cabin, especially for the price!!

This cabin really surprised us. We didn’t know what to really expect with it being 20+ minutes outside of Hochatown, but man was this cabin worth it!! It’s so clean, has smart TVs, hot tub, fireplace, secluded, only a few minutes from kayaking businesses, etc. Definitely recommend this place!!

Bachelorette Weekend

We rented this cabin for the weekend for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect. There were 6 of us and this cabin was a great size for us and the hot tub was a nice bonus! We enjoyed our stay, thank you

Fam Kayak trip May 2021

Cabin for us was in a great location if you come to Kayak. Visit WW trading post right up the road for your Kayak needs they were great to work with and very friendly. The cabin was good. Could use alittle TLC and fixing of a few small things but overall my family and I enjoyed it. Would book again for another trip.

Nice place. A bit over priced for what it is.

I was looking for a bit more of a “rustic” cabin than a showplace vacation home and thought this place fit that bill but at the price point, thought it would be a bit better taken care of. The screened porch would have been a nice touch if it wasn’t all torn up...I mean very torn up. The same goes with the hot tub, only a few of the jets worked, we had to take the door knob apart to fix it because it stopped working in the locked position, both shower controls were missing their handles. Things like that. The beds were very comfortable and having an air fryer was a nice touch though. We enjoyed our stay but feel it was over priced for what was provided.
