Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Wonderful Vacation Home

My husband and I and our 5 adult kids spent a fabulous week in Winter Park at Preserve Creekside 112. The home was spaciously layed out with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this home for your next Winter Park Vacation

Second year in row renting for winter park escapes the hot tub has been so dirty it’s unusable. At least this time they came to clean it without trying to charge me extra for it. They came the day after check in & had to drain & refill it which meant it was not usable the second day either as it takes a long time to heat up. The have me 50 refund. They claim we broke a coffee pot which was not broke when we least the property & charged 50 on our cc to replace it, without asking us any questions. The house itself is great except the breakers kept flipping with regular use. Dealing with & the treatment we received from Winter Park Escapes that has made the stay stressful. If you rent from them make sure you check the hot tub upon arrival. They will still claim they have photos of it clean, so you’ll have to take your own photos to prove you need them to come out.

The house is nearly new and in very good condition. The owners were very easy to work with and had a lot of good advice. They have a lot of fun things to do (pool, hot tub, games, etc.). It made for a great team get away where we could gather in large groups and find our own space to relax as well.

Lovely home!

We loved everything about this beautiful home! It is gorgeous and super clean .There was plenty of room for us to spread out with two separate living areas. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our only complaint is that the water pressure is very low. Other than that, it was an A+ stay! We’ll definitely consider staying here in the future!

Winter Park Preserve

Great location with plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a great pantry with an extensive spice selection and all the basics for cooking. The home was nicely decorated with lots of comfy hangout spots. Plenty of towels, including separate hot tub towels. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and the Winter Park Lift bus stop was very close by. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

Relaxing Adult Getaway

The home at 112 Preserve Creekside was great for a few days away from the kids. We had 10 adults for a short getaway and the house was the perfect size and space. Modern, clean and well taken care of. The hot tub and pool table were great options for us during the evening, the balconies and views of the mountains were beautiful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a large group get together and still be able to have privacy. Each room had its own bathroom which came in handy for everyone getting ready in the morning. Highly recommended

Beautiful property exactly as described. All amenities were functioning and appreciated the quality kitchen supplies. The crock pot came in handy. If we’d had time, we’d have used the mini kitchen aid. Views were gorgeous and our visit was perfectly timed (coincidentally ) for the fall colors. Everyone loved the place. Thank you!

Winter Park was a blast!

Our stay was for 7 days and 7 nights. We had a full group of 12 all adults. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The home came stocked with many useful kitchen items and spices. We had three vehicles that were all large. Parking a 4th would have been very tight. The location is a walk away from main street and close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Only about a 6-7 minute drive to park for the slopes. There was construction going around us but the noise was not bad at all. The views from the top of the cabin and behind are very nice. Overall our group had a great stay. My only slight complaint was the water pressure was way too low for the showers. Beyond that 5/5 stars and would recommend!

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience during our 7 day stay. This spacious five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom haven spanning four levels exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of this home was undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain views. We were treated to stunning panoramas from the two master bedrooms, the main living area, the game room on the lower level, and the owls perch, which offered both sunrise and sunset views. Not only was the house visually appealing, but it also struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort. With ample space for our party of 10 to come together or enjoy some quiet time, we felt right at home. The layout and design were truly impressive. Another major advantage of this location was its proximity to the Winter Park events space. Within just a few minutes, we had access to a variety of exciting activities such as skiing, mountain biking, and even the gondola. Additionally, we were pleased to find several restaurants within a short walk or quick drive from the property, making dining options convenient and accessible. Our diverse group, ranging in age from 6 to 50, including teenagers and college students, had an incredible time during our stay. The amenities and accommodations catered to everyone's needs and preferences. We left with cherished memories and a strong desire to return in the future. Overall, this home provided us with a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience.

As many other guests have said, this is an excellent property. Spacious and comfortable for our party of 8 plus daytime guests. We loved having big family gatherings and meals together in the comfortable dinning and living room area. Easy walk to the bus, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful views from the rear of the house. Everyone loved the radiant heat floors. Hot tub was nice though it did struggle to maintain the appropriate temperature. Generally good service and easy check in. Highly recommend.
