The exterior’s contemporary architectural lines flow indoors to rooms masterfully styled with crisp, clean finishes that are both beautiful and comfortable.
Prepare delicious meals in the open and light-filled chef’s kitchen boasting stainless appliances, ample prep space, oversized bar for serving, and an elegant dining table. Two seating areas – one downstairs and one on the second floor – provide plenty of space for good conversation or relaxing downtime.
Three private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs, smartly situated away from the social areas and each room is artfully defined by modern finishes. The Master bedroom supports a queen bed with Sleeping Duck matress and the main ensuite has a full bath with walk-in shower, while 2 additional rooms share a full bath with walk-in shower and separate soaker tub. One of the bedrooms has a stylish bunk bed and private workstation, perfect for students to keep up with studies or even virtual commuting. The third bedroom boasts a queen size bed and plenty of storage.
Outdoor living is perfection in a secluded, fully fenced private courtyard that is accessed from the kitchen and dining areas for ease of entertaining. Two decks, a dining table, and grill make this lovely space simply ideal for morning coffee, BBQs, and alfresco dining under the stars.

Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

Guest will have access through a lockbox with a keycode sent out two days prior to confirmed reservation.

All Linen and Towels are provided for and is part of the Cleaning Fee, all Linen is professionally washed and dried after each reservation. We also supply Bathroom supplies and coffee and tea at each property.
A maximum of 2 guest vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, parking in or blocking the driveways of neighboring townhomes is prohibited. Garage access for vehicle parking is not available, as used for owner storage.
