We were disappointed with the condition of this property, which did not match the listing photos or description. Upon arrival, the home smelled musty and cleanliness was below expectations — floors were sticky, windows were very dirty, and overall wear was evident throughout.Several maintenance and safety issues were present: window screens were torn, some windows would not fully close or lock, and the bedroom ceiling fan did not work. Furniture was worn and broken in places. The patio and outdoor furniture were in very poor condition and not usable.The bedding and furnishings did not match the listing photos. There were no sheets on the bed upon arrival, no washcloths provided, and an extra blanket smelled strongly of pet urine. The French press was missing the proper hardware and appeared to be held together with a rubber band.Unfortunately, alternative accommodations were not available, so we stayed despite these issues. Our previous VRBO stays on this trip were excellent, which made this experience especially disappointing.This property needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and accurate representation in the listing to meet reasonable guest expectations.
