6 minutes from Talladega Speedway and Short Track, 3 minutes off Interstate 20 but a quiet place to get away or break up your travels.

1 hour east of Birmingham,

1 1/2 hours west of Atlanta.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Very quiet, peaceful area with a river flowing behind the house. Apartment was well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Friendly, responsive hosts. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family trip

I cannot say enough good things about the property and the owners. We are originally from the area and have stayed in many homes over the years as we visit as often as possible. This is now our absolute go to home. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area. We truly enjoyed meeting the owners and they were so helpful and kind. We can't wait to stay again!

Second stay

This was our second stay. We feel right at home, and the hosts are wonderful. The location is very close to the CMP Marksmenship Park, where we were competing. It is hands down the best place we’ve stayed in that area.

Huge space

Two big bedrooms and a huge loft over the garage. Large kitchen and living room. Hosts are super responsive and sweet. We had everything we needed.

I would highly recommend staying with Keith and sherry. My buddies and I came down from Maryland for the race at talladega and had a great time. Keith and sherry go above and beyond to make sure everything is going smooth, not to mention their apartment is very nice and clean. High highly recommend staying with Keith and sherry!

Great Location

Our stay was awesome, everything as just as described. We came in town for the Highschool fishing tournament, home was an easy 10 min drive to the boat launch. Kids loved being able to fish right in the back yard and have run to move around. We had 4 kids ranging from 3-14 and 3 adults and there was plenty of space for us to move around inside. Host was super helpful during my booking process and during our stay and the kids loved playing with Susie. Will be back for sure.

Great place, great owners, great location

The house was exactly what was represented on the website and a perfect place for us to stay for our travels to Alabama for the Talladega 500. The owners of the house Keith and Sherry were so hospitable and were very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend

My family and I stayed here for the weekend for an event in the area. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. Before our trip I was kind of concerned about the owners being hovering with them being right next door. I didn’t want to feel like I was staying with someone I didn’t know. That was far from the case. They were so welcoming and very accommodating. This was probably the best experience I have had with any place we have stayed. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and serene

Keith and Sherry were awesome hosts! There property was located in a quiet neighbor surrounded by the sounds of nature. There is a stream behind the house where we saw otters and caught a fish. The property had a fully stocked kitchen and was very roomy for a group of 7. We could not be more satisfied with our visit! We would give them 10 stars if we could!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would

The place and people are fantastic! The river is right by the deck, so a relaxing place to get away. The people are wonderful and helpful during your whole stay. They would help anywhere they can to make your stay better, and even just passing conversation, they will do little things to make you smile and feel more comfortable. I mentioned my morning coffees by the river and they brought me a large oversized chair to make my mornings even better. If you want a relaxing stay, book here as fast as you can!! With the view, the people, and the room, I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Apartment above the garage

Place was clean and beautiful just as the pictures. The place was large enought, clean and beds were great. We will plan on staying again next time we go to the races.
