Each of the five well-appointed bedrooms is fully air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a spacious wardrobe. An attached self-contained 'granny flat' provides additional privacy with its own en suite, while three more double bedrooms offer ample space for guests.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay, please note that parties, events, late-night noise, and excessive drinking are strictly prohibited. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with elderly neighbors who value a calm and respectful environment.

The villa is located in Whitfield, approximately 5 km from the city center, right next to the beautiful Mount Whitfield Conservation Park. Just a short drive away, the vibrant suburb of Edge Hill offers a fantastic selection of cafés and restaurants. For nature lovers, Mount Whitfield features scenic walking trails that lead to stunning lookouts with panoramic views of Cairns, Trinity Bay, the Barron River mangroves, and the northern beaches.

While a rental car is highly recommended for convenience, public transport is also available. The Cairns city center can be reached in around 40 minutes by bus. A quick 10-minute ride will take you to Edge Hill, where you can enjoy some of the area's best cafés, restaurants, and attractions.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
