PEI Tourism Licensed. We love our vacation home on Prince Edward Island, and believe you will too!

Located on an acre in picturesque South Rustico, this home is close to Charlottetown, North Rustico, Cavendish, multiple beaches and fantastic golf courses- along with restaurants, famous attractions like Anne of Green Gables, and more.

The wraparound deck lets you enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the PEI countryside and Chapel Bay. Recently added another 900 sq/ft ground level deck and a Lifetime Play structure to allow your family to enjoy outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun and keep your kids busy for hours! Inside are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with a kitchen, and multiple areas for your group to gather or enjoy some down time.

This house is used by our family each year, and is equipped with all the amenities you need while also being located in an area that will help ensure you have an unforgettable vacation on the Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to others. We stayed there as one family, but with three couples (mom and dad and their two married kids), and the house gave us plenty of space to be together while also having our own space. It was one of the few in the area with enough space that a good-sized group could sit around the table all together while also providing plenty of outdoor seating. It had everything we needed to have a delightful stay in PEI.

Great PEI rental

The house was exactly what we needed for our family trip to PEI. It was well stocked with beach gear, games and kitchen supplies. The hosts were responsive for our questions and the house was located close to many beautiful beaches. Would recommend this rental for any families traveling to the island!

Perfect home base in PEI

We had an incredible stay at this location. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The property was located within close driving distances to many attractions including beaches, Green Gables and Charlottetown. The area is quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect place to end evenings after exploring the beautiful island of PEI. Great for families!

Amazing time in PEI!

We had a fantastic time at this location. We were close enough to the airport but central enough to be in the country and still explore everything we wanted to around the island. The house was perfect for our group, with tons of space, and nice to have additional bathrooms and laundry. The hosts left us a wagon for the beach fit with all the necessary supplies which was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here!

Great Location

We had 3 generations stay some for 1 week and some up to 2 weeks. It was a great central location for touring around the whole island. It was also nice because each family had a separate level and separate bedrooms and washrooms. This was our first time doing a complete family vacation and I would definitely recommend this place! Another Wonderful Stay!

Can’t say enough about this incredible property. Spotless, enjoyable inside and outside (fire pit/ great lounging chairs/ room to throw a football or kick a soccer ball). Close to North Rustico and Cavendish and a great little gas station/ market a three minute away. Hosts are kind and responsive. We were here last year and came back again because we loved it so much! Highly recommend- thank you Amber and Greg!

Fantastic home base for PEI vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Greg and Amber's home. The home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. My kids loved the ping-pong table. Beds were super comfortable and we had lots of room for my family (my family of 4 plus my mom) to spread out. Location was great for traveling to different destinations around the island. There is a great little grocery store in easy walking distance. Greg and Amber left us a lovely welcome basket and both they and the property managers were super friendly and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this stay to others!

Fantastic Accommodation in PEI

This place was perfect for our group of 8, 6 adults and 2 young children. Every family had their own floor with their own bathroom. There was lots of space outdoors for the kids to run around, along with a new playground set. A wagon is provided for beach days, with beach chairs and towels. The house is central to any place you might want to visit on the island. We had a couple of things missing from the kitchen and the owners were very quick to respond and provide what we needed. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay with siblings from FL, KY and Toronto! We each had our own floor with our bedroom and bath! Kitchen fully furnished while open to the family room and high ceilings. Glorious Holiday

We just returned from a wonderful trip to PEI. The home in North Rustico was absolutely perfect for our family. We could not have asked for more. The house came completely equipped for all our needs, both young and old. It was spotlessly clean. We had no complaints whatsoever. The home was close to all the beaches, Shining Waters and amenities. The landscape was gorgeous. We can’t wait to return! Thank you to our hosts for easy and open communication.
