This modern furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the Cairns main street, short walk from the Cairns Esplanade with two balconies and pool in the complex is one not to be missed.
The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.
Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.
Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants.
THE SPACE:
Modern Apartment Close To The City Centre 16 is situated on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs only.
The air-conditioned lounge area opening onto a balcony offers a laptop desk and a pull-out sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with local channels, complimentary Netflix, Chromecast, and other apps. Free WiFi along with a selection of board games is provided to feel at home.
Both bedrooms offer quality mattresses, ceiling fans, Smart TVs and wardrobes, one has an AC, queen-size bed and access to a private balcony and the other one has two single-size beds and can be easily cooled down by leaving lounge AC on.
The unit comes with a bathroom with a shower, and high-quality towels and bed linen.
There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
A gate coded visitor parking in the complex is included in your reservation as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool.
PLEASE NOTE:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs only.
The building is right on the main street. We wouldn't describe the apartment as noisy as it's located at the back, away from the main road, especially when the doors and windows are closed but light sleepers or noise-sensitive people might hear cars.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.
Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
