We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with everything you might need. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Huge plus was beach access right across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was very clean and updated with stainless steel appliances and well stocked kitchen. Big bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Front porch was nice and road facing. Beach was just across the street and located in Surfside beach area. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Long Weekend w/Family & Friends

GREAT location to the beach and easy access to everything … grocery, gas, restaurants! Well appointed condo with shower to wash off sand and a pool to float in after a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again and I’d highly recommend.

One minute walk to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Walk 101. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great condo, great balcony. We didn't use the pool but it will be nice to have that option in the summer. The best part of all was the close proximity to the beautiful beach. It was the perfect place for us and we will definitely come back!

What a great find!

Wish we could have stayed longer! This was a last minute trip and this condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated/furnished and just across the street from the beach! The management team was fantastic and the whole process was super easy. We will definitely be coming back to this one!

Nice job place

This was a nice clean place to stay .. so close to the beach with everything you need .. only negative thing I can say is that it is a noisy area if you would like a more peaceful experience .. communication with Mandy the property manager was excellent and she was very prompt with our questions and inquiries..

Perfect!

This place was perfect for my family of 5. Location was excellent. A very short walk to the beautiful beach. Having 2 full bathrooms was so great. A full kitchen meant we had breakfast and lunch in the condo, then walked to local restaurants for dinner. Plenty of towels and bedding. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Communication was top notch and check in/out was a breeze. We hope to return soon!

Clean and spacious condo

Everything was exactly as described, except there are many extra amenities included. A family member stayed in the same complex and this unit had a lot more as far as dishes and little extra touches throughout and the decor was really nicely done. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and were right across from the beach. My only comment is I wish you didn’t have to go to the secondary location for the check-in items… Seems to me we can be texted the passcode and everything else could be left on the table. It’s challenging when you don’t have a rental car and have kids. Would definitely stay again though!

Awful

To say this was a disappointment is an understatement when we arrived there was no light in the kitchen and 2 to 3 cockroaches as the week progresses. The air conditioner did not work. We could not turn the oven on because the room got over 80° so we had to spend twice as much money eating every single meal out. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work initially, and we found 5 to 6 cockroaches every single day, and had to go out and buy stuff to treat it ourselves. I was in constant contact with the property management people who were perfectly nice, but never fixed anything for us, at least the things that matter the most the cockroaches and air conditioning. We were never offered any kind of compensation for having to eat three meals a day out for fear that the condo would get over 80°. So we ended up staying nine days in a cockroach infested home with no air-conditioning in the living area had to eat or meals out was just an absolute nightmare.

Hi Karen, We are so very sorry that your vacation was not as you'd anticipated, however, to say that we "never fixed anything" or "offered" anything to you for your inconvenience is simply your perception, given the following: *Maintenance was over multiple times to spray for roaches and they fixed the kitchen light. *A portable AC was placed in the living area. *The HVAC company came to the property and the AC was blowing cold (it was set on and showing 73 degrees, and when Housekeeping arrived it was down to 70 degrees). *We provided free activity tickets. * And finally, the hot water "issue" was user error. Take care and have a great Fall!

Place was just as described and as the pictures. It was a great location. Be weary that it is on the first floor so you could hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit. Only tip to make the place better is to have better quality toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags). Would stay here again!
