we loved the location! We were there for golfing but loved this beach town! The view of the ocean & ocean access was amazing! House was great, clean, easily accessible! We loved the 2 queen beds & 2 bathrooms. A few suggestions would be: more towels, extra blanket, better coffee maker but other than that it was wonderful & will probably be repeat customers! Awesome beach cottage!

Such a quaint property. We loved how it was tucked away and private. This house was the perfect size for our family. The access to the beach is super easy and a very short walk. Also, very short drive for groceries or extra fun things you may need...like Duck Donuts. Would very much recommend this property.

Perfect Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay! The place is absolutely adorable - so beachy, modern and impeccably decorated. The location was wonderful. We had our two children with us and it was such an easy walk to and from the beach. We normally stay in the North Myrtle Beach area but we fell in love with this mich family-friendlier beach area. The owner was so wonderful to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Adorable private house steps from beach

This place was perfect for my children and I. It was across from the beach and a very short walk. It was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was a 5 minute or less drive to ice cream and coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Would def stay here again. And the host has incredible communicate. Highly recommend!

Surftastic!

We booked the Surf Shack for a long weekend family getaway after Christmas, and we loved it! The house is very convenient to the beach and close to tons of dining options. The house was clean and very modern compared to other places we’ve stayed when visiting Myrtle Beach. We woke up every morning and walked right across the street to the beach entrance. The house felt private and secure.

The Surf Shack was adorable! The decor was so beach like but tasteful. It is perfect for a small family or a couple. Cooking was minimal, but we were able to use the utensils there for the night we cooked. Beds were great. Location was perfect for a quick walk to beach or a short drive to the restaurants. Great property. Cute decorations. Beds could be a little less squeeky. And the directions to find the place say the house is between 10th and 11th streets, but it should say 11th and 12th Streets.

Family friendly!! The Surf Shack is surrounded by homes and condos. a very peaceful area. The feed back I'm getting from renters (as we are new to Vrbo) is how beautiful the home/decor is and they are already speaking of renting again next year.
